Hey Haaris, thanks for exam tips. At 8:19, you make reference to "flag function". Not sure what you mean by this, can you elaborate more, or if you have a video explaining it, please let me know, thanks!
What was your strategy regarding essay question where you had to choose from different choices. Would suggest indicating why you are selecting that option or also indicate why you wouldnt select the other ones? I know MM say you should also eliminate the other ones giving reasons, but there are others saying you shouldnt
Don't try to get through all the material - not possible now. Focus on review notes / videos (hopefully you have). Go through the topics you struggle with the most, but not if it's a small part of the curriculum and you're completely lost with it (as it might therefore be worth spending time on the rest where you might do better). Also exam practice is key at this point, especially structured response. So make sure you're doing Qs every day, ideally timed mocks. Extract learnings from the mocks (and don't worry about the scores, SR is always hard to begin with). Good luck.
@@HaarisZamir okay thank you very much!! Do you have any extra mock questions from when you prepared it'll be really helpful for practice thanks! And also are schweser books having only mock exams, are they useful do they correctly copy the same level as actual exam or not?
@@ameyvaidya4241 Hey, so the challenge at level 3 is that there's few available mocks. I used Merk Meldrum's, which were hard but excellent. I'm sorry not sure about Kaplan
Deffo focus on structured response (SR) questions - search UA-cam, Mark Meldrum has some videos on how to answer If you're using him as your prep provider, do all the SR mocks, and attend the live walk throughs (they help so much) Otherwise hopefully you have review videos / high yield notes - try to review 3/4 videos every morning - then smash out questions (try do all the ones on the CFA learning ecosystem) Good luck!
Got my exam in August, wish me luck - finished the content already, so just bashing out questions/making notes where needed.
good luck!
@@HaarisZamir Thank you, can't wait to sit it and get it over with!
Behavioural finance has been taken out of 2024 Level 3 exam thankfully.
Thank god!
Learning from you its easy to become a warrior

In that exam you can flag questions so it's easy to track which questions need revisiting

I wouldn't waste time discounting the other options - pick your option, give 1-3 reasons why depending on how many marks for the Q
