Aww I love it! ❤️Clermont isn’t a neighborhood in Orlando LOL it’s a nearby city! I was able to get some video done there this week but I keep getting rain whenever I’m there so hopefully my Clermont vid is next! Hang on!

According to TRULIA, is a lot of crime in Lake Nona, and is sad because looks wonderful; so my wife and I started looking at Winter Garden

What's a good area for a single professional woman looking to rent? Nice area with lots to do like shopping and restraunts. Safe luxury area and not too far from everything.
Any of the areas that I talk about have apartments and rental properties. They are all great areas. Also, you want to consider where you will be working so you don’t have a long commute with traffic and all. Hope that helps.
I'm planning on moving to Orlando in a year or two and am definitely looking to rent as I will be going to graduate school. I was curious if you know of any vintage style apartment buildings? I'm just not a huge fan of the new architecture but am getting discouraged because that's all I've been able to find apartment wise :( Some advice would be much appreciated! This video was so helpful :)
We don't have much in the way of vintage apartments. But in the UCF area there are some older apartment complexes, from the 80's.
Maybe close to downtown you can rent an apartment in a multi family home.

AHHH but Winter Park is not a neighborhood...It is a City... a suburb of Orlando! Check out my best suburbs of Orlando video and there you will see Winter Park.
Hi, how about Winter Springs? How does Winter Springs do in terms of quality of life, schools, safety and price point?
Winter springs is very safe and great schools. It’s a great area.
Interesting.. I was surprised that Winter springs didn’t make the cut, since I saw that it ranked top 5 of safest towns to live in ALL of FL, as well as I saw an article on CNN that it made the list for top 50 best areas to raise a family in all of the US.

Great video.I am looking to buy a property in the Orlando area. Are there any area that particularly have a lot of duplex's?
Thanks for watching! Duplexes are mostly in the older areas of town nearer to downtown. But they are sprinkled here and there also.
We got some duplexes for sale on Goldenrod near East Colonial and valencia college lane. They are abundant in that side of town 32807 specifically
Are they going to fix up Pinehills, Florida like they did Winter Park, Florida?
I wish! They are building a new development near there called the Packing District and it may cause more upgrades for Pine Hills. I hope so.

Lake Nona Schools are A rated, look at the Florida Department of Education websites for grades. Lake Nona High is performing better than Winter Park.
Thank you for your comment! Lake Nona is a wonderful community/neighborhood in Orlando and I sell quite a bit of homes in that area. I don’t really get into specifics on performance of each school in each neighborhood or suburb. I only speak generally about it. But you are right, there are great websites like FDE that people can do their own individual research on.

@@KathyWilliamsOrlandoRealEstate under stood but generally speaking, saying Winter Park has top rated A schools and Lake Nona has above average B schools is inaccurate when Lake Nona is outperforming Winter Park. I'm not speaking about specific schools, I too am speaking of general areas. Niche is also inaccurate and driven by general surveys that can be skewed whereas FLDOE information is directly linked to FSA performance. I'm interested in seeing the video.

Your little fur ball is cute and quite safe here! As long as you don't let the little sweetheart roam by themselves by a body of water there shouldn't be a problem with gators.
What about Doctor Phillips? We hear great things about it.
Dr Phillips is a great area as well! It has a bit more traffic because its closer to the attractions but there are some great neighborhoods and schools. But the restaurants and shopping are very very good in that area.
Iam scared to live near to lakes. How this works in Orlando?
You don’t have to live near a lake if you don’t want to.
What about Davenport? Planning to move
Davenport is just outside of my service area. So it’s not my area of expertise, however it’s growing and homes are a bit less expensive there.

I’m trying to sell my house I don’t get much income and I want to buy a house three bedroom living room dining room and kitchen in a very nice neighborhood that has grocery stores on the corners 7-Eleven‘s gas stations five minutes away from the hospital because I’m diabetic so I need to be near a hospital I do not work and I want to be able to sell my house and buy cash house if I can afford a good house I wanna live in a neighborhood where there is buses passing bye if they don’t have this in Orlando it can be in Kissimmee but I need a decent neighborhood where I can go out and go powerwalk because I have to walk because I’m diabetic I want to be able to go and eat dinner at a restaurant I want to be able to go buy fast food everything nearby there’s got to be a cheap house is a decent respectable house in a nice neighborhood he doesn’t need to be a rich neighborhood because I’m not rich I am a an American I’m a Puerto Rican American from New Jersey I’m a Christian But I’m a Catholic Christian now so I would like to find a nice home I don’t want to grow old in New Jersey in the snow do you think it’s safe move to Florida

James Knight. Looking for a community to relocate a life I choose. Now that I am married, wife and I are raising a fast growing son already finishing senior year. Currently reside in 72712. Do you have any knowledge of any Christian Churches whose structures do not celebritize one pastor? We refer this as a rotational style leadership, that every week a different face will speak to the church body. Communities I am in favor : Winderemere, Wintergarden, and Celebration. While public education is nice to have to the general masses, we as a family value trade school. As I write this comment, I look out the window in my current community of Walmart-ville and see nothing but doom and gloom. Trying to fight the depression as well. Been to Florida in my life twice, each time I had to return it felt like my soul died inside. I never felt more alive than meeting Christ and Florida.
I don’t know any specific churches like that where they rotate out every week. But they probably exist around here. I hope you stay positive and keep the faith. All the best!

@@mcarlkv53 i come from an independent and fundamentalist approach on how to handle the Scriptures. It's Not just KJV only. But the NIV....is not really my first choice. In addition, looking for a ministry that will not celebritize any senior pastor. Rather it's better to be aware rather for "Rotational Leadership" of elders. Megachurch Prosperity gospel - heavens no. any leads?

I have lived in Orlando for 45 years. This is the most inaccurate list of best neighborhoods. No Dr. Phillips, Windermere, Winter Park, Lake Mary, Lake Nona, etc.
