Vexillology is for flags, whereas heraldry is for shields.
Well, vexillology is basically the same as heraldry, except vexillology is a bit more lenient with its rules and doesn’t usually use metals (gold & silver) as tinctures. It is also used for emblems, which, by definition, don’t have a shield as the central element, and many of the world’s coats-of-arms are technically emblems, so they would be analyzed vexillologically. Though, that is obviously not the case with Lebanon.

the bit when electricity is not stable part is true UNLESS you live in a city where their government was able to supply 24/7(i forgot the name of that city). Also electricity is 24/7 during holiday like Christmas. In other days you have to pay a local generator, which supply 5 or 10 Amperes. The one who provided for us was around 100$ per month (we aren't a gulf country, so petrol isn't cheap) Cuttout times are, for me at least, 12PM-6AM, 6-10AM, 10-2PM, 2-6PM 6-12PM (but doesn't always happen)

Tar Barrels is a thing in the English town of Ottery St. Mary. I live about 5 miles away and attended secondary school there.
UPDATE: Those pictures ARE from Ottery (I recognise the shops in the background plus one of them actually says 'Ottery') I was actually in the same class as a South African but his name wasn't James...I don't know if you were misreading his name and if it is that same guy....I didn't know he watched GN.

When talking about a coat of arms I believe the correct science would be the Heraldry instead of the Vexillology (used in the study of flags)

I have autism and I can't even remember my birth date...
FYI That was not the Vexillologist technical term for the Lebanon coat of arms. That was the blazon from the long lasting tradition of HERALDRY! In english heraldy you use a form of norman french dating back to the 11th century. All I'm saying is that heraldy and vexilllology has two different informal/formal ruse sets which is made for their respective fields, flags and coat of arms.
