ECB to Cut Rates Three Times in 2024, Vanguard Says

Vanguard Chief European Economist Jumana Saleheen says she expects the European Central Bank to cut interest rates three times this year, with the first cut likely to happen on Thursday. "While the surprise was on services inflation, which has proved stickier, all other components are actually very much going back to trend," Saleheen said on Bloomberg Television.

3 rate cuts only??? ECB killed European domestic manufacturing. PMI manufacturing for Germany was and is in contraction for a record 24 months. ECB should have taken rates back to -1% and started QE long time ago.
