What a beautiful butterfly! It reminds me of a similar looking butterfly known as "papilio ulysses", which is a swallowtail found in Australia, but has similar coloration and pattern.
I used eyelash glue on the bit of silk attached to the cremaster and glued that to a piece of paper towel which I then pin to the top of the cage. I also put newspaper or paper towels in the bottom to keep the cage clean.
Morpho butterflies are interesting in that their wings lack pigment. They appear blue because their scales are iridescent, meaning there color is an illusion of the wavelength reflected. Their wing color will change depending on the angle of light reflected.

While I am not sure which butterflies or moths have true pigment in their wings, I know that some of the world’s most beautiful Lepidoptera lack pigment on their wings. For example, the Swallowtail teinopalpus imperialis and the Madagascan Sunset Moth have the colors of the rainbow on them, but they are all the result of iridescent reflection.
Most butterflies feed on a mix with either sugar and water or honey and water but I’ve heard that sugar can damage their “mouth” so I would recommend honey also make sure to use pure honey and don’t get their legs or wings wet :)
What about having a plastic box with sand at the bottom? You can just remove the dirty sand. Would that work? What do they need to thrive inside the house? I live in Norway.
Hi bart thank you for your video, I have four crysalids I would like to breed them and was wondering if they are able to mate in a space like that I have placed them in one of my chameleons terrarium wich is free right now, do they need to fly in an open space in order to mate? Or just a cage is enough... If they don't mate how do you perform had pairing them? Last question wich host plants you provide to the females in order to lay eggs? I have been told someone use passifloras...

I love this! It shows the messy side of butterfly breeding. Nature isn’t all glamour. It’s dirty and messy.
