I have a suggestion for soldier retention. Bring back the specialist rank path to allow soldiers that do not want to be leaders continue to do there mos and have a path to retirement. Not everyone is a leader no matter how much you train them but if they are satisfied with working, then don't force them into leadership, give them a path to success. The Army will be stronger.
We have always had the need to serve. In my lifetime I’ve heard the stories about those who have come before me and paved the way for all of us. Both grandfathers my dad my brother and stepdad countless uncles cousins and now two younger cousins are serving. In my lifetime five generations have served.

Golden Point - All of Computers uses the Binary System or base 2 system for storage of Alphabets & Numericals which consumes a lot of space and this system is primarily used to waste computer memory space ( El )

Golden Point - All of Computers and Electronics Alphabets & Numerical Storage is to be changed from the Binary or Base 2 System to the Decimal or Base 10 System as the Decimal System is easier to understand and it consumes far less space and computing power so the capability of the computer and Electronic appliance ir gadget is far enhanced or increased greatly and all of the above is at Emmy's Expense ( IMF ) ( El )
