Yes, I use Muscletch Nitrotech periodically
Genetics gets you that muscle build.
Are these good for cutting?
I personally, drink shakes during both bulking and cutting stages. The one’s I mentioned in the video don’t have much carbs or calories per serving, so I’d use it for cutting. Of course nothing can replace the real food 🍲 , but it’s great to keep you on track with your protein goals.
ISOPURE , It has minimal carbs and calories and it tastes good
