Very interesting never really looked into HMB before, also love those tattoos
HMB is becoming a well researched supplement. I found it funny how you said the product smelled like a middle school locker room! I actually work for a beverage company that puts HMB into beverages, and I can attest that the odor you are smelling is the HMB itself. Raw HMB stinks. It is also very expensive regardless of what form you buy it in.

@@mrdave777 it's short term memory, when you need think quickly. I am using Cre-HCL mixed with HMB, and it's like a dope.

@@mrdave777 I have stomach issues while taking Cre-mono, so instead I'm taking Cre-HCL (with HCL there is no bloating), mixed with 2g of HMB half an hour before some exercise (riding a room bike), and with no problem at all I can ride couple of extra km, without any big fatigue.

I tried it for a couple weeks. HMB seems to work, I was recovering much faster after workouts and even joint pain seemed reduced. But I read some studies on how they think it affects autophagy so in the mean time I decided to stop taking HMB until I can find more info out about how it affects autophagy, as reducing autophagy to 0 while on the supplement might have long term negative effects. Your body needs the normal amount (not to little, not too much) of autophagy. Short term use is likely fine but if I want a supplement to take for years I think this matters, unfortunately, because I loved how I felt on HMB (was using this creatine product to get the HMB).
Can you explain more about autophagy?
I took their creatine for almost 9 months straight. 1 scoop a day. Amazing product. Most of my friends arent a fan of their taste, but they are used to all the added sugars etc to the junk they take. Transparent labs is the real deal.

I think if you’re new to working out and really need to maximize recovery time the HMB is worth it.
Otherwise I’d just go with Xwerks Creatine
It literally says creatine on the ingredient list along with HMB. Come on folks read!!!
What exactly is ur problem
I’ve read studies that say it is most effective when taken with vitamin D3. Anyone adding that or is it in this product?

Isn't HMB a totally different thing from Creatine? I have HMB powder which is not Creatine.

It is just HMB, not Creatine HMB (that is the name of the product.
It literally says creatine in the ingredient list, so yes it is Creatine HMB.
