Considering you're putting this much time into these skis, you should get the seadoo engine alignment tool to make sure the engines are properly aligned with their shafts and pumps
You know what gets me? 167,000 views and only 3900 people thought enough to give Zach a like. C'mon people, that's how he makes money to make more videos. Great job Zach. Love your videos.
Those stripe removal wheels makes life so much easier - they are in Gel coat when they come out of the moulds, a light sand and a 2k with plenty of clear coats
Let's get back to the vibrant colours of the 90s.... no black or dark colours.... advantage when you break down on the lake people can see you.... blk on the lake is a leg burning disaster that's why they don't sell so well... 75 percent of the comments are spot on ... you won't want to ride then after one burn and be worthless to sell
Great job on the videos. Most people don't realize the amount of effort and talent it takes to do all that and do the video side on top of it. Seems like less thinner in the paint might work better. I'm hoping you do more SeaDoo videos not less. I highly recommend finding a standup Jet Ski. You can find Kawasaki 440 or 550 skis pretty cheap and they're even easier to work on. If you can find a Superjet even better. Guarantee you won't regret learning to ride a standup. They're a hoot!
Not gonna lie, when I saw the base coat go flat, I thought, oooh stealth jet skis!! :D Looking good though so far!! A silver, or light grey would look great on the seats!!
The best thing about your channel is that you're around the same age as me, I'm 22. When we do things like this it breaks the stereo type that all young people now are lazy, because a lot of them are. But we are here to prove them different
Looks great so far. Hope it holds up for you. We were in FL this week and brought one of the Seadoos with us. IMHO, just no way to have more fun on the water than on a ski!
Little correction. If you’re facing the front of the skis on the trailer the one on the right is a ‘95 and the one on the left is a ‘94. 1996’s are teal & white (where the 94 & 95 are blue & white), have a 2 gauge hood with mirrors, and black bumpers. A way to tell the 94’s and 95’s apart is the 95’s have a little bit of pink in the decals, the big Seadoo logo on the bottom of the hull is pink as well, and the “Seadoo” logo is under the “SPX” where the 94’s had it on top and the bottom Seadoo logo is green. Not sure if it was just a slip up during filming or that’s what’s printed on the titles but just a FYI! Keep up the great work, love watching your videos
I live in cen flo as well and am around the same age as you! I was looking at these exact skis on marketplace and you snagged them before I could! Best of luck! Hope to catch you on the chain!
I literally just bought two just like this yesterday (95's SP) that have never even been titled! Inside the hulls are pristine! I need a couple of the side louvered plastics at the front sides of the seat. They are green on your two skis. If you have some extra, let me know. I religiously watch your vids. I'm introducing my 13yr old son to your channel.
They are looking great. I'll be very surprised if the paint holds up on the edge trim or sponsons. Please update us as it wears. I hope I'm wrong. You can just use 2 way stretch vinyl for the seats. It's much cheaper. If you want cheap traction pads you can use EVA exercise mat. I found some great stuff last year at Walmart with a diamond plate pattern. It's held up perfectly so far. 1 roll could do at least 4 jet skis.
I bought a Spx new in 96'. It was about 40 times what you paid but it ran, lol. So much fun on it though and I enjoy seeing what you do. Keep up the good work.
Buy Jettrim seat covers! Expensive but once you see the quality it is worth it. Have to call them to custom order. Comes out to about $172 after shipping for those seats. Just did two of them myself.
Love all your videos man. Great job on the builds but the videography and just the way you put everything together is great. 👍 Enjoy the little surprises throughout too. Wishing you much success 🙏
He is not even concerned the machines will run which they did not after Painting them .. first rule is to put in the wrench time ... then make them pretty
I will have to try this on my next Ski build! The gelcoat is gone on the top hull and this would solve my problem. Just be careful not burn yourself on those Skis. You will be able to fry an egg on those bad boys!
Great work i have the same skis and they are great fun think they look awesome black, i am just concerned you will get surface scratches that will show the white below.
Video makes it look easy and I know it is not, many hours all in this short video, nice work, plus looks like you were in the Winter Haven Chain of lakes.👍🏻
Since you garage paint quite often, I would recommend washing the floor before painting. Squeegee the floor out and then wetting it back down again. It will keep a lot of the trash out of your paint jobs. Just my 2 cents.
Why do you guys put thumbs down? this dudes out there bringing YOU content and you give the fella a dislike! fix up you sad sacks, quality vid as usual, keep up the good work brother ;)
We like his content we just think black in Florida is crazy .... never catch me on a blk ski.... burning legs hands and reflection would be disaster ... that's why you don't really see black.
If you lay the seat covers out in the sun for half an hour, you probably can stretch them enuff to pull over the seat frames. Black machines are cool.....get some graphics to name them “Midnight Rider”.
Teenage crime? Or just a connection with the DOT? I got quite a few signs from a city scrap metal bin that just needed extensive flattening. Even a traffic light where the cast had cracked and I glued it back together which is great for a den but not so much 20ft in the air.
Damn bro you put in some real work, idk if this is something you do on the side or not but damn do I wish I had your drive to get little projects done, got a bunch of plans but no actions towards em yet haha
You really like your black...in the FL sun, doesn't everything get hot? I'm in IL, and my dark green seat gets hot to the touch, it burns my kids legs when they hop on.
Hello friend, I greet you from California. Could you tell me what kind of product you use on jet skis before pressure washing to remove all the stain and leave it like new?
What paint did you use originally for that matte look? I'm currently changing up the look to my 1969 Skidoo Spx, and really want that matte black behind the wrap!
Pretty smart making them black to use in the Florida sun. That way your friends don’t want to use them too often because of how bad they burned their thighs the last time they used them. 😂
The camera didn't pick up much of the flaws in the paint. I could picture those in one of those commercials with a black background, the lighting just right to catch those 90's style edges and the camera slowly panning with some kind of dramatic music. lol Or they could just be in a Bond movie...
Considering you're putting this much time into these skis, you should get the seadoo engine alignment tool to make sure the engines are properly aligned with their shafts and pumps
LOVE these jet ski rebuilds!! Favorite!!! Not a lot of good jet ski rebuilding content on youtube.
Use some grey! Or anything but black. Those things are going to cook in the Florida sun
I love the PWC content! Don’t feel like its too much.
You know what gets me? 167,000 views and only 3900 people thought enough to give Zach a like. C'mon people, that's how he makes money to make more videos. Great job Zach. Love your videos.
Who doesn’t like a good ole jet ski built. Keep up the good work.
Those stripe removal wheels makes life so much easier - they are in Gel coat when they come out of the moulds, a light sand and a 2k with plenty of clear coats
Looks good. Those skis are going to be hot AF in the Florida sun though.
Black everything + FL sun =great idea.
Do them both in the same livery. Matching seadoos are always awesome!
Zach - absolutely great job breaking down and cleaning those skis. They look pristine!
Another great video. But yea you’re kinda becoming the jet ski guy. One question, don’t you think the black is going to be really hot in the sun?
I'm guessing that's why most of the ones he bought usually have lighter colors. He should stick with that
That’s what i wanned to say 😂
Yeah very bad idea they will be completely impossible to use in the summer
Just splash water on them. A lot of new skis are black and are perfectly fine in Arizona summers
YES 🙌!! Love the Jetski rebuilds! So great! Keep doing them!!!
Great job on the videos. Most people don't realize the amount of effort and talent it takes to do all that and do the video side on top of it.

Hate black seats especially with the heat in Fla.
Not gonna lie, when I saw the base coat go flat, I thought, oooh stealth jet skis!! :D Looking good though so far!! A silver, or light grey would look great on the seats!!
Wow! I just can’t wait to see if fully done ! Awesome job 🔥👌🏼
Two black jet skis. I immediately thought of a Bond film ... Greetings from Sweden! 👍
The best thing about your channel is that you're around the same age as me, I'm 22. When we do things like this it breaks the stereo type that all young people now are lazy, because a lot of them are. But we are here to prove them different

I need that single gauge hood for my 787 SPX
Ya definitely no 96’s there! I had a 96 SPX and those are not it
DUDE! I had no idea! Loving it! Great work and very inspiring.
So glad I stumbled upon your channel! This is an awesome series.
Enjoying your jet ski videos bud! You’ve got me catching the jet ski fever!
I live in cen flo as well and am around the same age as you! I was looking at these exact skis on marketplace and you snagged them before I could! Best of luck! Hope to catch you on the chain!
I love these jet ski videos as I am rebuilding a 1994 sea doo spx myself
I literally just bought two just like this yesterday (95's SP) that have never even been titled! Inside the hulls are pristine! It’s a common thing to break on these. eBay has plenty. I unfortunately don’t have any extra
They are looking great. I'll be very surprised if the paint holds up on the edge trim or sponsons. Please update us as it wears. I hope I'm wrong.

The black paint looks so awesome! You're going to be known as the SeaDoo Dude! Love the videos! So jealous of the pontoon boat, very cool!
I kind of liked how they looked with the black overspray on white before it eas buffed. They looked great.
Buy Jettrim seat covers! Expensive but once you see the quality it is worth it. Have to call them to custom order. Comes out to about $172 after shipping for those seats. Just did two of them myself.
Love the SeaDood videos!
Those are going to get so hot in summer
They looked like Seadoos used in a James Bond movie. Pretty cool looking!
Love all your videos man. Great job on the builds but the videography and just the way you put everything together is great. 👍 Enjoy the little surprises throughout too. Wishing you much success 🙏
Time to open up your jetski rental store soon. Looking good
A shot of those gloss black skis should be the thumbnail
just subscribed man! love the different content! keep the excellent work!
Really good video mate, you doing this has egged me to get out my ski and repair my rip in the seat your paintwork looked good great job 👍
They look awesome in black, but aren't you concerned that they will get incredibly hot in that Florida sunshine?
He is not even concerned the machines will run which they did not after Painting them .. first rule is to put in the wrench time ... then make them pretty
I will have to try this on my next Ski build! The gelcoat is gone on the top hull and this would solve my problem. Just be careful not burn yourself on those Skis. You will be able to fry an egg on those bad boys!
You need to put one of them jet ski motors in a jon boat... "jet jon." (SC Designs on UA-cam)
Always excited to see your videos
You seem to find all the great deals. I haven't been so lucky.
Ikr where I live you can find a jetski with issues for 1800$-2800$
Same here in Washington they go for like 1000
Are y'all checking everywhere? Facebook, craigslist, ebay motors etc?
@@stillatin So far I have only really checked Craigslist.
@@Pete_R63 Check offerup
The black paint looks really cool! 🤩😎👍👏🤝
The black looks great
Yesss. Had enough april fools jokes for one day.
Great work i have the same skis and they are great fun think they look awesome black, i am just concerned you will get surface scratches that will show the white below.

I was hoping you were going to keep the matte black and call them Stealth Bombardiers.
I love this Channel good job can’t wait for the next video
Why do you guys put thumbs down? this dudes out there bringing YOU content and you give the fella a dislike! fix up you sad sacks, quality vid as usual, keep up the good work brother ;)
Haters gonna hate 🤷🏼♂️
We like his content we just think black in Florida is crazy .... never catch me on a blk ski.... burning legs hands and reflection would be disaster ... that's why you don't really see black.
You obviously don’t flip the ski enough 😂😂
You’re going places kid great video
I recommend a riobi electric pressure washer that turns on and off with the trigger
If you lay the seat covers out in the sun for half an hour, you probably can stretch them enuff to pull over the seat frames. Black machines are cool.....get some graphics to name them “Midnight Rider”.
The SeaDoo family just keeps getting bigger and bigger!!
Each time you work inside, I wonder how you got such a great street sign collection... 🤔🤣
Teenage crime?
Or just a connection with the DOT? I got quite a few signs from a city scrap metal bin that just needed extensive flattening. Even a traffic light where the cast had cracked and I glued it back together which is great for a den but not so much 20ft in the air.
where do you find these deals?!?! your videos inspired me to want to rebuild a jet ski too. keep up the amazing work!!!
At what point do we need to stage an intervention for you? You can't have ALL the Sea-Doos! 😂
3 months ago 😂
Thanks for the video! Nice job. I enjoy the music too.
Those jetskis are CLEANNNNN CHEESEEEEEEE
Black "stealth" SeaDoos... Feels like I'm watching the preparation step for some epic GTA V style bank heist with a water scene... 😄
INCLUDING the trailer?! Yow, I just saw a trailer for 2 alone for $1200! (JUST the trailer)
thats what I was thinking
Damn bro you put in some real work, idk if this is something you do on the side or not but damn do I wish I had your drive to get little projects done, got a bunch of plans but no actions towards em yet haha
Very nice, 1 thing that I was wondering about is have you thought about seeing if you could make a electric powered one?
You are making Bond villains SeaDoo! Now all you need is lasers on them.
You do such a great job with your vids. I love watching them! You should try and buy a shop to store all your stuff as well as work on it.
Love the jet ski videos
You really like your black...in the FL sun, doesn't everything get hot? I'm in IL, and my dark green seat gets hot to the touch, it burns my kids legs when they hop on.
100 percent .... leg burn disaster
Great stuff! I'd say add a wrap with some bright neon or yellow colors! :)
Can you tell me what kind of sanders you used to attach to the drill?
Next sea doo build try white for the paint
I used interlux on my boat and it’s pretty good stuff
Black in hot summer heat.... you will become the bacon on the pan!!!!
Enjoy watching your projects! Are you in Winter Haven?
Hey man nice videos, would apreciate if you added more info for example on the sanding paper grits used and small information like that. Thank you
What is in the spray bottle that your soaking them with before pressure washing?
Lol I’m not the only one who noticed the seat cover part played twice???🤣🤦♂️ Another Great Video tho
Get a heat gun and put it to the plastics not to close or you'll melt it but in automotive it'll bring back the color from fading
What kind of sanding wheel did you use to get all the stickers off?
Hello friend, I greet you from California.
Could you tell me what kind of product you use on jet skis before pressure washing to remove all the stain and leave it like new?
Can't wait!!
Where are you finding these deals? Awesome!
what lake in florida do you ride on?
What paint did you use originally for that matte look? I'm currently changing up the look to my 1969 Skidoo Spx, and really want that matte black behind the wrap!
This man and his jet skis haha
I liked the Matte Black!
Looks great and fun project but that black seat will get hot.
I like them already in black. Sort of knightrider seadoo 🤩
Your videos make my day
Geez I love this channel!
Ah florida man back at it again
Pretty smart making them black to use in the Florida sun. That way your friends don’t want to use them too often because of how bad they burned their thighs the last time they used them. 😂
I like the way you think
The camera didn't pick up much of the flaws in the paint. I could picture those in one of those commercials with a black background, the lighting just right to catch those 90's style edges and the camera slowly panning with some kind of dramatic music. lol Or they could just be in a Bond movie...
Damn I really wanted to see these get restored back to the original colors and graphics.
Amazing what some elbow grease and paint can do
I want to see part two
You have a link where you buy the parts for Jetski’s
