Really glad i found you. Injured my shoulder surfing big waves. Took a month off followed all these steps and today in the water I may have re injured my shoulder :/ I think it might be a tear...

Hey, there how does strengthening a tendon that is detached from the humorous actually work . Doesn't the tiendon have to be attached ?
Hello. So exercise won't magically reattach the tendon if it's a complete tear. However, the shoulder has a lot of redundancy around the muscles.
