    We do this in our family too minus the sugar and we use soy sauce, chicken stock powder and shaoxing wine. It’s my brother’s favourite. Thanks for sharing this version!

    Looks so yummy, translation would’ve made this so much better but that’s just me being nosy! 😅 im sure all that’s needed to make this recipe was explained.

    CiCi Jie......Is that right if i say that you put salt on the crab arrrrr???? ^^....And I don't know where to get the scallion oil :((....Thank you for the video

      Mei Juan Wang Sorry about that. It was a bit unclear. You can make your own scallion oil at home. First you heat up about 1/4 cup of oil in a skillet. Then simply put about 4 oz of chopped scallions in, mostly the white part. Wait for about 20 second then take everything out. You can even save this fragranted oil for later on.

      But some ppl want to know how so they can do it themselves properly. I agree it hurts to see but it's all part of learning how to do this

      Same thing when you need to boil them; although you cover it so they can't escape you can hear them scrambling trying to avoid the heat from the stove! How would you cook it then; starve them to death?
