Bro nice to see you try the bloom! I miss mine haha but I wasn’t using the bloom to it’s full potential which is why I moved over back to the ego comp. But the bloom is definitely a serious good pedal! I also used the same comp settings like you!
It honestly depends. If you aren’t going to use all of its features and since you already have the Prism, it may be worth looking into a Compressor pedal. However, if you’re looking to possibly utilize compression, EQ, and possibly the Bloom (boost) it’s worth it for sure! I know of folks who either use the prism as an always on or even add it for solo boosts. So it can still serve a purpose on your board.
Seems like it packs a huge punch in that small footprint. I’m a sucker for top mounted jacks and it sounds awesome too! I’m currently using an Origin Cali76 Compact deluxe. It’s awesome, but it’s nowhere near as quiet as this.
Hi, I just got a used bloom that cake in yesterday. As I was messing around with it and going through the different presets, I noticed that the sound cut off on all but orange. Just comp preset. So I tried the orange one since it's the only one working with the boost and that seems to work fine. All the other colors gives me no sound.
Hi any idea how this compares to the OKKO cocaine I really love mine .It's the first time I tried to get a compressed boosted e.q.signal in one housing .This looks like pretty advanced circuitry ,is it digital?
Depending on where you like your boost. I personally like my boost after my drives. In this case, you will more than likely have it before your drives. If you’re cool with that, than YES! The perfect choice! You’ll also have one of the best EQ’s I’ve ever used.
Presets, no. The pedal is analog in that sense. You can only use the sounds based on the current settings of the pedal. Such as the Gain/EQ settings. So, you CAN switch. However, you can NOT RECALL a sound based on different Gain/EQ settings. Hope that makes sense.
@@JCruzProject thank you, I appreciate the reply. I emailed Jackson audio support and they said to be on the lookout for a future version with user save able presets... Maybe
Beautiful video! Great tones. Cheers! These effects are amazing! Lucky bro!
Thank you so much!

The bloom (boost) is really interesting! Could see myself using just it or boost+comp combo
It really is that good!
Absolutely awesome!!! 🔥🔥🔥🙌🙏
Good review thanks
Thank YOU!
got the bloom v2 about a month ago and its been a total game changer for me! By the way what guitar strap is that? looks very comfortable.
It’s a great pedal for sure. Still on my board! And yes, unfortunately the company doesn’t exist anymore. Made by ESO. They are my favorite straps!
I already have the prism. Would it make sense to stack this pedal or just get a separate compressor?

I didn’t think about using the prism as a boost, but this makes sense. You sold me! I’m getting the bloom!
@@jthecrew haha! Enjoy it!

I was honestly shocked!

Sorry to hear that. Unsure what could be the issue. You might want to try and get your money back if the pedal isn’t working properly.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to compare. I've never tried the OKKO. This one though...pretty special!
I've been looking at the pedal for month now, I want to use it for compressions and use the BLOOM for a volume boost for solos? will this work ?

Transparent boost ^
Is there any way to save user presets and switch between them while playing?
