I've been spending more time recently thinking about efficiency. How two people can have the exact same 24 hours, but one person achieves double or even triple the output of the other person. This video explains how I make my 24 hours as productive as possible and effectively do two things:
1. Remove all the unproductive things out of my life. So removing everything that is wasting my time and moving me further away from my overall goal.
2. All the tasks that I do carry out that ARE worthwhile and do help me towards my overall goal, how can I carry out THOSE tasks in a more efficient way.

How were you able to get into a good college with that GPA ? ( 1.3 isn't good enough to get into any clge as per my knowledge )

Bro u changed me on 17 july 2020 i know that day for my whole life bcauz at that time i used to play games but when i seen ur study hard and study long video i improved myself fron foot to head i m in 10th and my board exam is in may in 9th my percentagr was 41 and whem my pre boards happened in march i scored 83 percentage u changed my whole life from being sink.

Great video man, I really like some of your points. I would personally disagree with the idea of reading the news, for me personally it puts me into this negative mindset because of whats going on right now. I used to find reading the news a good thing to do but the overall tone just doesn't kickstart my day anymore. I am however reading a curated list of newsletters each morning, which send really useful updates and snippets about the topics I am interested in. Highly recommend doing something like that!

I tried listening to podcasts and audiobooks while I commute (I take a train to university, aprox an hour a trip) but I sadly just cant. I end up exhausted after a whole day at uni (which means living my house at 7 am and getting back home at 6pm), specially as I have chronic migraines, and I feel like its my only chance of getting some "me" time which some music before I get home and have to deal with a lot

On point 5 you said to immediately read the news as soon as we wake up. But, is immediately looking at our phone after we wake up good for our health? Doesn't it make us a little bit dizzy? (Especially because we just woke up from a long sleep)
How about if we read the news after we do our morning routines (Breakfast, a little exercise, etc), will it benefit us the same way as if we open it after we woke up?

taking a shower isn't dead time. it's time for your body and brain to relax for a few minutes, don't ruin it with listening to self-help audiobooks
Now a days I feel too much stressed and anxious not able to concentrate on studies .I am always feeling demotivated.No idea of how to get rid of this situation.
Omg I had the same feeling about a month ago. I would have panic attacks whenever I started studying for no reason, my BP went over 160 and my chest started aching and I wasn't able to breathe ,so I thought I was having a heart attack and I panicked even more. Later I learnt it was only an anxiety attack. I am just leaving it here, so if you get something like this, just relax. Take deep breaths
I am preparing for my 12th std board exams just like you. I met the doctor and they said it was called "12th std syndrome" and it's common among people our age. I have a few tips to tackle it and it was really hard to find it on my own and I wasted around 2 months in the process and I would really like to help you.
1) Visit a doctor and explain your problems. The prescription that the doctor gave me was the main reason I got out of it
2) Do meditation atleast 20 minutes a day. 10 minutes each morning and night.
3) Whenever you feel anxious, don't go to your mobile or whatever on procrastinate on. Take a walk and take really slow and deep breaths, listen to music that really calms you down. Don't think of anything, just focus on your breathing.
4) During this period where you feel anxious, you really need to stay away from social media and mobile games, cause that's an easy way to escape your anxiety and your brains gets used to it, forbidding you from doing meaningful work.
5) Don't take caffeine in the morings or better don't take it all. It is one cause of anxiety for real.
6) Go jogging for like 10 minutes and spend time with real people.
7) Just for a week or a couple of days, don't go hard on you while studying, try gaining control of your mind and increase your work time gradually.
And continue to do meditation and deep breaths, they are really the main thing to get out of it. Please reply and say if this message helped.
Mainly, this happens because our situations makes us subconsciously think we are not in control of the situation, so we panic and try to escape from that. So we need to take control of it. I basically had this anxiety disorder since February starting (My exams are on May and I was anxious about it) and then due to this I wasted two months to regain control over me. Now I only have one month to exam and I have barely studied anything, but I am not panicking now, because I am now I am control of my destiny, I can change it and control it. You must think the same.
