These plants have been growing and pitchering in 55 to 60% humidity? How do you get that without a humidifier? How long did you have to acclimate them to produce pitchers in that relatively low humidity? I tried growing my nepenthes indoors and outdoors. It was growing, but not growing pitchers. I have all my nepenthes in a greenhouse in my room. Shop light, humidifier set to 75%. Fans for circulation, ambient room temp. And they’re finally growing pitchers.
In this video, I was living in a fairly humid area thanks to the consist rain it got! Acclimation takes around 1-2 months for them to start pitching happily again. Majority of my plants are hybrid so they are more adaptable and display "hybrid vigor." Since this video, I have put a few in a terrarium with an open top. It has kept the humidity around 70%. The only noticeable difference is that they hold their pitchers much longer but still pitcher just as often. I have found that plants that don't produce any pitchers is usually because of a lack of light and not humidity. Humidity just helps the abundance of pitchers that it holds. A rise in day temperature with a drop of 10-15 degree at night also keeps these guys happy as they are intermediate/highland plants.

Hello, would like to ask, I'm build DIY greenhouse. wish to be highland greenhouse. Do I need to run my fogger or humidifier at Night or just day time?
I would suggest looking into a hydro fogger. Have it click on when it drops below a certain humidity threshold (such as 75%) throughout both the day and night. Nighttime can be higher but not required. Make sure you have proper air circulation to avoid any fungal issues.
What’s the proper way to water nepenthes especially when you have a lot of them. I notice you have them sitting on egg crates I think that’s what you call them. Do you have them sit in just a little bit of water and let the water evaporate so you don’t cause root rot? I water my nepenthes daily, spraying the soil. I guess my question is how do people water their nepenthes because I’m also very careful not to get any water into the pitchers so I don’t dilute the digestive enzymes in the pitchers.
The best rule of thumb is to always keep the soil damp to the touch but not waterlogged or dry. They cant sit in water like the north American plants can; if they do that will cause root rot. When I feel a pot getting a little dry, then I will top water until I see water pour out the bottom of the pot. The egg crates help form a barrier between the water and pots so they don't end up sitting in water if I do need to water a lot. The water in the egg crates will evaporate and help bump the relative humidity so its a win win.
