@@telenordcentrosuditalia135 si, ha usato anche un po' di ghisa ma tempo fa, e il suo fisico sarebbe così anche senza ovviamente, comunque se vuoi aumentare massa: mangia tanto e possibilmente bene (mangia più calorie di quelle che bruci) e allenati con abbastanza-alto volume

Sir, I am following your advanced Calisthenics routine. My goal is to improve my skills and to induce hypertrophy. In short, I want to be a buff like you. You have an amazing physique. What advice can you give me on diet and exercises?
depends on your starting point, are you low weight low fat? then eat a little bit more, are you higher weight and want to just be leaner, then eat a little less, for skilltraining you should do a few progresssteps of a skill that are hard for you, example: straddle planche, and once you feel the form is going down just do the easier progressions, include exercises that train the support muscles for that exercise and you're good to go, example planch: pushup variations with leaning for hypertrophy you need to increase either time under tension or weight, you can increase the time under tension by either slowing reps down or simply do more reps, allthough i'd recommend doing the slowing down part and stay in a 8-12 reprange because you'll enter basicly cardio the more reps you pump out, second way obviously is to increase weight, i'd recommend incorporating some form of weighttraining into calisthenics anyway but you dont need to do that for diet you should include fruits and vegetables and not focus so much on "clean eating" for example "clean carbs" idk what clean carbs are supposed to be theres only simple and complex carbs but in the end your body uses simple carbs i.e glucose, what you can make your diet dependend on is your bloodwork, do you have diabetis cases in your familiy or you have some midly high bloodsugar yourself? lower carb diets, are there cholestrol problems in your family or do you have some ? lower fat , do you have colon or kidney problems ? lower protein, other than that eat basicly what you want, try to hit your daily protein intake and your basicly good to go, its quite hard to determine what a person has to do over just text without seeing anything so yea take from this one what you will, also keep in mind Andrea isnt that big, hes quite short in height and only i think it was 65kg? but the height makes it look bigger than it actually is but you shouldnt focus on weight to much honestly
