I see a lot of comments on these videos from people asking why the You Tuber doesn't give away the car they just bought or asking for the car or something for themselves. It seems to be increasing.

Once again you impress me with your business acumen! You quickly assessed your inventory and your staffing and changed the pricing to one $2 day and two $1 days with a clean-up bag day plus omitted the careful sorting, opting to just open boxes and set them out. You earn your success!

Last couple of days there's been nothing to watch on UA-cam and today I come home to a really nice long video from Rabbit. Yeah there's some time between videos but when you do release them their excellent. I don't know why I enjoy these so much I probably need to evaluate that.

25 people in at a time seems like it might be worth keeping around even after Covid. Can you imagine having those same inventory issues when you’ve got 50 people in at any given moment.
Honestly, that’s not a bad idea. Not to mention, we’ve had over 200 people in line outside. Can you imagine 10x more people trying to squeeze in? Lol

i like the segments of people shopping. fun to see how much everyone puts in their carts.
You were surprised that the target clothing wasn't selling at the higher price. I think part of that is because target often clearances their clothing for about that same price. I'll often see something I like at target then go back a month or two later and buy it for way cheaper because they clearance it so quickly. They are definitely one of the fastest "fast fashion" retailers lately and it shows.

Awesome job. You have gotten really good at these sales. It's a super good fit for the rest of your business too, take on truck loads of stuff, weed out what is good for Ebay, pallet sales, and auction, and then warehouse sale the rest. So 28k net here, but also whatever the net is for product that ended up on Ebay and such. Excellent stuff!

I thought that people complained that the warehouse sale was not for charity for the last 3 warehouse sales. So they are not complaining because it is Christmas. They think this is setup like a Goodwill or Salvation Army. I would tell them to do their own warehouse sale and they can donate all their profits to charity. Real charities like Goodwill and St Vincent appreciate you more than those grifters online.

It’s amazing that people think you should be a charity!!!! Why can’t these people realize this is how you make your living. And if you do well, all the better..you work freaking hard, you should be rewarded... And let’s also mention that you’re doing a HUGE service by making things (that would end up in the dump) available to people who have to watch their budgets closely affordable to them. To say that you’re doing your part for the environment, and making things affordable for low income people, is an understatement...

I’ve had them listed on eBay for a few months and they didn’t move. That’s why I decided to dump them.

You can go to your bank and get set up to make ACH payments. Basically same as a wire. It’s a nominal monthly fee and you won’t have to go to bank to do wires. Even if you only use it once a month it’s worth doing.

At an hour it looked like the end of previous sales. I'd say do a $10 preview day for good customers or charge a couple of bucks to get in a day early. Limit it to 10 people for 2, 2 hour blocks each.
Why were those people pulling down their masks when they got into the building? Do they not understand the concept that indoors masks must be worn not to mention it’s just decency and respect to other shoppers and to resell rabbit and his staff? What the hell is wrong with people?
Those Pokémon Evolution blister packs sell for good money on eBay. Should have listed those.

Selfish people for real
If you are not coughing or sneezing, the mask is nothing but useless theater. The truly selfish are those who go out while coughing & sneezing, and those who expect everyone else to acquiesce to their fear of a virus with a 99.998% recovery rate. If you are afraid or are in a vulnerable population, then stay home and let the rest of us live our lives while you continue to weaken your immune system. The immune system is far superior to any symbolic mask.

I love the chip and Joanna Gaines stuff....had a little metal recipe box that originally sold for 8 bucks...I sold it for like 60 bucks...If I can get that sort of return then I am definitely in love with their products, lol

I have, but I think what makes these sales special is the fact that they’re only open once every couple of months. It’s more of an event.
I know this is an old video but that little clip of customers walking into the sale got me... several people that walk in and instantly lower their mask... ugh! lol
