That kid off the top sucks. I don't care if they are now a millionaire hedge fund person. Show some life, geez. Edit: black cat is great with the tap dancing.
After listening to this song WAY over 1000 times LITTERALLY! I just got the part, "when the mountains crumble into the sea...", I never even noticed it.
I was 17 held her in my arms and we listened to this. Now i am 50 and still holding her and this is playing, 3 kids, 27 years married, and this is the soundtrack of my life.
We had SOOO much fun in the 80's ! Man, I feel sorry for the kids these days, they will never know the energy and fun that we had ! Music was FUN and the clubs were an experience !
Her tapdancing to the part of "girl you know i love you" was so on point, it's beyond insane. Skills, beauty, and moves to match or be desired, what more do you want or need? Born in 78, so this 80-90's genre was a blessing to be a part of and grow up in. 46 now and still one of my favorite songs, yes I'm a female, but she had me mesmerized!!
Yes, the 80s were a great decade music wise. I was in my late teens and 20s through the decade. I spent a lot of Friday and Saturday evenings, and some Thursdays, too, at Appleton, Wis.-area dance clubs. My favorite was Skyline Video Nightclub as one could watch all those great music videos as well as the folks dancing. They just do not make music like the great stuff of the 80s anymore. Most of the performers are either dormant, retired or dead (Whitney Houston comes to mind). In summer 1989 I landed a job as an overnight announcer on a Top-40 radio station in Platteville, Wis. where I was attending college. It was cool getting paid to play the great tracks of the day.
When vibing there’s no real fighting. Even if it’s a vulgar song. It’s just the energy feel at the moment. Like I listen to this to balance my overall happy vibes.
Lindos recuerdos y nuevas experiencias
