With the TXG breaking apart, Thomas is now officially the only ball hitting machine on YT.
Matt has his own channel now. I enjoy watching 2nd swing.
Unfortunately he looks like a used car salesman
I like this new guy on camera
He’s very clear and professional.
Need a head to head vs the Callaway Rogue ST LS, TM Stealth Plus and Cobra LS. I’m down to the Cobra and Callaway but would love to see the comparison head to head.
Thomas has improved on camera so much over the last year and it’s great to see him really coming into his own on the channel! Obviously a great review as well.
Really great review. And it's nice to see something out there that looks like it is going to properly challenge the Stealth. I am normally a TM guy and play the SIM2 currently but that LS driver looks really good and the numbers are superb.
This channel is the new TXG.
Awesome that was great to watch!! Thomas idk what more came be said the Smash factor king ,, loving it!! Thanks guys!!
Thanks for watching! LTDx is just as good as their competitors this year - Thomas
I'm just waiting for my LTDx LS to arrive. Supposed to be here today, and I'll be heading directly to the range. Very excited to hit some balls.
This channel is one of the best equipment ones going. I am always surprised why there is not more subscribers.
Thanks for the kind works! We are working on it, hoping to gain plenty of subs! - Thomas

Great video boys!
Big fan of the first look on this one!
Good stuff guys, thanks.
Can’t wait for this comparison! I’d love to see Thomas try and hit some off different areas of the face with each club. The Cobra LTDx is supposed to be fantastic on low strikes and it’d be great to see how it performs on those strikes compared to the other brands.
I was hoping you did at end of testing the Let Swing Hard and see how far driver can go like you did with the TM Stealth driver testing,IMO, it should be a fair testing across all Drivers.
Great video as always, thank you
Great review! What would be the difference with a 8 degree LTDx vs a 9 degree LTDx LS? Would one expect the spin rate on the LTDx to be close to the LS given the lower loft?
Can you do a review of the Cobra LTDx Hybrid vs the Cobra King Tec that was released last year. I'd love to know the differences and your opinion of both. Thanks
Nice review. Looking to buy one of these. I'm a mid to low handicapper and stuck between the regular LTDx and the LS. I'm leaning towards the LS, because I want to be a low handicapper. I also can shape shots, and from the reviews I've been looking at, the LS gives the better feedback and allows for better shot shaping. Edit - and finishing watching the video, you all also confirmed this too.
Where is Drew? But I really enjoy the style of Michael too. Nice video and review!
I'd like to see a review of the available shafts too. Which shaft is best for which swing type or needs. I can't get a fitting here in Germany where I live, so buying a bit blind and am down to the Cobra ( I happen to have Cobra irons too). I've seen a review on YT on the shafts and I'm tending toward the RDX Blue, but because of the professional commentary here in this video, I'd like to get your views on the shafts too. You mention them here quickly, but I noticed the RDX Blue wasn't mentioned.
Great review Guys, well done👍
PS "Straight as train smoke", that is definitely going into the lexicon of Banditisms👍👍
PPS Great hitting Thomas you hit that LTDxLS so well, I find it intriguing how the strike location differed between the 3 Drivers, I would love to understand how that happens when you find a Club that you feel confident with?????
Michael always has some unique sayings that I don't even realize at the time, but they are so on point! - Thomas
@@2ndswing 👍
Hi Thomas another great review, super ball striking, with such clear thoughts on club performance, with brilliant unscripted comments from Michael, feel the dynamic between you both is spot on, Keep up the great work, Dickey UK
It's amazing these companies put out new models every year and it's as if the old models never existed. I'm keeping mine as long as I possibly can. I'm not going to get into this buying a new driver every year stuff. That's crazy.
Thank you for the excellent review! Thomas, can you please do a head-to-head review with the TaylorMade Stealth Plus and the Cobra LTDx LS? I respect your work and opinion, and will be purchasing one of these drivers from 2nd Swing soon. Thank you!
Join our LIVE tomorrow at 10am CST you won't be disappointed as we do a head to head with all 3! - Thomas
Great choice as Thomas is a great fitter !
Nice!
Thanks for watching! - Thomas
Nice works guys. Are the Cobra’s available for fittings yet?
They should be i got fitted yesterday and tried these drivers out. I couldnt decide the driver unfortunately cause im bad at hitting them but i did order some cobra forged tec irons and a new cobra nova putter too. Ill have to go back for the driver once im less terrible. Lol.
I've been thinking about getting the cover driver I'll TD would it be better for me to get the max because I have a horrible slice
Can you do a comparison of the LTD X & LTD X LS against the RadSpeed from last year?
Will be interested in trying a Cobra and comparing it to others at a fitting. Plus, I think Michael actually used the words “millimeter” and “fractional” in the same sentence! This is a good example of the “new math” in the US.
If you are interested we will be testing Cobra, Callaway & TaylorMade live tomorrow at 10am CST to compare them all the same day. - Thomas
@@2ndswing - I will be watching. I view all of your videos! Good stuff.
If my slice is caused by me swinging the club too fast for the shaft flex should I think about getting the LS version with a stiff shaft? Or will the stiff shaft alone be the better option along with the most forgiving head type?
The LS version will sit more open and is more fade bias. You could try the upright setting on the hosel or put the heavy weight in the heel. But generally stick with the more forgiving head. The golf shaft results will be player dependent but worth a try - Thomas
Your swing looks better than ever. Are you working on some changes as it looks a little different ?
Always working on something. Width in the backswing, keeping the posture during the swing and activating the hip turn through the ball - Thomas
Did they infuse any of the Radspeed tech in these ? Also do you think the LTDx is more forgiving then the Radspeed ?
Still has the milled infinity face for sure! I think they are pretty close in forgiveness but it will be a good test for us to complete - Thomas
How does it compare to the RADSpeed Driver?
I wish they would get a 15 or higher handicapper who plays with a fairly strong fade, try to hit these new clubs. I feel it would give a more true reflection of whether or not these clubs would actually help them. As someone who has a fade, I'd want to see if the draw bias version would actually help keep my drives more straighter.
13 hcp, fade bias and was just fitted to the Cobra LTDx. The LTDx naturally seemed to fix my slice with a stiff shaft. Tried the draw bias and weighting felt off, I think it would help steer a bit in to out pattern but it's not slice fixer. I didn't find it changed my shot more to a draw but the bigger difference in the LTDx line compared to my old driver was the forgiveness on the face. Even my bad shots seemed to stay straight
@@lnemzrek7479 thank you, that was actually helpful.
@@ob1slam oh, also want to add the LTDx shaft options are hazardous black or hazardous blue. I was amazed how different the swing felt between the two even though they were both stiff shafts. The black version for me was so tighter with less dispersion. The shaft does make a difference
What shaft was being used?
Where I disagree with his final thoughts are in the LS being more workable. You need more spin to effectively shot shape. I'd consider the LTDx as the better option in that regard. The LS can be worked, but you also have the potential to hit some wild ones off the planet with sub 1800 spin.
That's not right at all
Currently have the Cobra F9 standard fitted off the shelve. I play off 19..I'm 6ft 4 so would a +1 inch shaft be better for me? Which of the 3 would suit me? Thinking the LTDx
LTDx most likely. It will depend on hit location for length of shaft. The maximum length shaft you can play on your driver is 46" and STD length is 45.5-45.75" so +1 is hard. No need for it with driver but with irons absolutely - Thomas
@@2ndswing Thanks Thomas.Think I'll stick to standard length. With a reg shaft has I have a moderate swing soeed
Does the design improve miss hits as stated by cobra
I use the PING G425, will be putting it against these.
Thomas I was surprised you were not getting anywhere near the numbers you got with rogue ls and stealth plus not one carry over 300 I was surprised by that were you swinging slower today
Good chance we tested after working out hard the day before... but seriously it is hard to swing at 114mph for every test I try to keep it close but there are going to be days when the speed is not there. Stay tuned for a comparison of all the new models hitting the same day (in fact we are doing a LIVE with all the heads tomorrow at 10am CST tomorrow). If I was swinging at the speed rogue STD LS & Stealth plus were 300 wouldn't be a problem - Thomas
I think the RDX blue offering with a heavier head weight could turn this into a ridiculous animal … 46 inch counterbalanced shaft and an extra 10-12g head weight ( if cobra are still as light as they always are)
Good option, you can dial in head and swing weight with heavier or lighter weights - Thomas
disagree on the LS model.. tested the LS and the X and honestly, the LS was just as forgiving and it looks better at address imo. Spin was lower, launch was better, overall the best of the bunch unless you need the Max to fight that slice.
The LTDx LS is still very underrated. I agree that's still very forgiving and looks great. - Thomas
@@2ndswing yeah i mean, i'm a mid handicap (12-15ish) and the LS was more than enough forgiveness compared to even the radspeed/radspeed XB for me. all great drivers though and overall a great review
What shaft???
Tensei White 65X - Thomas
You definately have a Grizzly Bear...
Where's Drew? Come on man!
Was out with Covid when we were able to complete the testing. Feeling better now!
Don't worry Drew hasn't gone anywhere he was just out sick for a few days while we had to film this video - Thomas
Good to hear you are feeling better. Hope to see you and Thomas soon on an upcoming review. Take care.
