I love my Hilti but the HF Bauer SDS is solid and cheap especially for small jobs like this. Those 3/4" holes for the lift are no sweat. It's only slightly more than the cost of the rental.
If you buy 2 shipping containers. You can build a shoppingcontainer garage. Put 3 cars in the middel. With a roof and garagedoors and use the shipping containers for storage.
Kyle is putting seffner on the map! We use to race turboed Hondas with h22a and b18c’s back in 2009 on Pine st fresh out of Armwood High😂 .good times . Pine and Taylor were the drag strips 😭💯
Talk to ur landlord about changing the doors on those 2 offices to bi-fold doors so u can use them for car or engine or transmission storage. Then add a set of stairs so u can move whatever u use those offices for upstairs. If it's for heavy items, add an electric winch on the ceiling, and make sure the new 2nd floor can safely hold the weight (boxes of t-shirts get heavy quickly). U have the space juat need to revamp it a little. Where there's a will, there's a way, just like the poolside parking.
U guys have needed that 2nd lift for a while... glad you got it. You could get a couple of those pop-up garages with zip up doors for when the cars are outside, and you can move them inside when bad weather & the hurricanes blow through. Really good heavy-duty ones will run you 3-4 hundred bucks each. Love the poolside NSX idea! Put a HP stereo in her for the pool party's!
They both work incredibly hard at what they do. Kyle just does a lot behind the scenes, not like Kyle is sitting in a hammock with a tea watching Wyatt wrench, they're both working hard and still produce great content!
The black NSX, we should build into A show car and put it on Display the car shows and events that you attended maybe do some really cool. Wheels are really cool. Body kit would be sick maybe supercharger think that would be really cool😊
If it’s not going against any city or county codes, just extend your shop. Take the wall down closest to your first lift, and take it all the way over to the rv parking. It’d be a hell of a lot cheaper to pour a pad and have that built than buying land and doing it all over again. Put the carport in the driveway under the tree, or sell it 🤷♂️

I don't understand why they didn't just put the lift right in front of the door in front of the three cars. If they did that, no storage needed changed.
For future reference when drilling for concrete anchors its best to drill your holes all the way through the slab so if you ever decide to move the lift gou can hammer the anchors all the way in to the dirt underneath then fill the holes, if not you are stuck just having to try to cut them off floor level and they can still be somewhat in the way.
@@otm646 you should only use the anchors that come with the lift, they dont come with the epoxy ones for a reason, bendpack doesnt cheap out on the fasteners amd their engineers know better than we do about what works best for this application.
