You could add a coolant pressure sensor, the skid factory (Oz youtube channel) had the exact same happen on a K-powered KE70 in their last episode. They detected it early on the dyno because of it. They run Haltech but I'm sure you can add it as well. It could save you from potential overheating damage to the head/block.

I think Sam needs to give the orange NSX some lovin and the nsx needs some suspension tweaks or changes to stabilize that front end and some fresh aero would be cool on the back to maybe direct the air onto the engine
