The background music was fantastic and fit with Pressure washing.
Huge fan of that BE surface cleaner. Going strong after 2 years everday constant use.
Our guys used to think the same thing UNTIL we upgraded to General Pump and Whisper Wash. Whisper wash for the Win 24" and 28" for sure. Not much difference between Whisper Wash and GP Hammerhead 18-20". The BE is too heavy and almost creates a suction. Get what you can afford of course, but the additional expense is worthwhile for sure.

no need for surfactant in the degreaser as far as I'm concerned. Not for jobs like this at least. I can imagine only in very rare scenarios will you need surfactant with degreaser.

Yes but it won't work as well as a hot water one so you'd need to work slower and possibly apply product more times

Have you downstream it for oxidation removal, if so what dilution rate?
@@lp3172 no. Oxidation removal you're use more of a diluted LA totally awesome or EaCo Cleansol BC. Those are the typical chems I hear about for oxidation removal. Usually it's diluted in a 5 gallon bucket and brushed on because you have to agitate the oxidation. Can't have too strong of a mix nor leave it on too long because it's removing a layer of paint so too strong or long will remove the paint.

HUGE question: I have been following your page on a different account for years now. I dont see anybody reclaiming the water after using a degreaser on commercial properties. Is that not necessary?

Well, the first step is to identify what the stain actually is.
Most likely, it will be a combination of organic growth, and a lot of grease from people carrying out garbage bags that leak.

What is a good price range for dumpster pads?
$75 - $150 Houston Texas. Only worth doing IF you can pick up about 10 of them to knock out at night time (less stinky when it's cooler temps)

SH is not going to do very much if anything here, grease is not an organic material. A powerful de-greaser is what you need, hence the video. Now I would for sure toss some SH on the dumpster and walls to help sanitize it before I rinsed it off and did the pad cleaning portion.
