Use a very gentle/mild pressure to do all the exercises. Do not use harsh force. Apply a little amount of skin oil or face lotion on nose before you start these exercises. Avoid the exercises if you have a breathing problem. Those who wear nose pin, a septum ring, nose ring, etc.. should remove them first & then do the exercises. The most important thing in this video is, to do these exercises without applying or exerting too much pressure on the nose. Do these exercises with soft ends for better results. i’ve been doing these exercises for a month and i can see changes, but only the tiniest changes, if you want a result do the whole 30 seconds for each exercise because i only did 10-15 seconds and i regret it. Do not expect a result so quickly as in a week. It’s not that easy to reshape the nose, to get the best result I believe doing it for a year or two is the best option, even though it is time consuming, i’d rather do the exercises and get a result. For the people that do it for a week and comment like “It doesn’t work” IT WORKS!!! It just takes time, be patient with what you want 😁 But the try not to quicken the process by pressing it harder! This can lead to your nose increasing. So be nice and gentle with your nose or else your result will be having a bigger nose than before hope this helps ❤️

It works but you need to be do it multiple times a day consistently. I have been doing #1 and #3 for about 4-5 months, several times a day. Sometimes I apply so much pressure that I get a bit of blood on the inside of my nose. That much pressure is probably unnecessary and dangerous, but that’s what I did. I do not recommend using that much pressure. Now, my nose is SLIGHTLY slimmer and more defined. Remember that the nose is made of cartilage, which means it can be somewhat reshaped by doing exercises but it is not an easy task. You also have to continue doing it, you can’t ever stop (maybe if you do this for years your can stop after that?) because otherwise your nose will go back to how it was before. I do some of these exercises multiple times a day. Sometimes casually while I’m studying or in the shower. I also lost about 10 pounds over the course of these 5 months which I believe contributed to my nose as well. Use both thumbs for nose exercises; if you use a thumb and an index finger it will make your nose uneven - your nose will angle towards one side because your index and thumb have different amounts of pressure when you are pinching your nose. DO NOT pick your nose with your thumbs. This makes your nostrils bigger over time. Also, start mewing. Mewing won’t slim your nose but it will improve the structure of your nose (face and jaw too) over time. These exercises will not make a BIG difference but it will make a NOTICEABLE difference in most cases. I am 21 and this video helped me. If you are 15-16 or around that age you can 100% benefit from videos like this (not only the nose but other parts of your face too)
you can't be applying to much pressure that's why you have been doing it so long with little results you MUST apply a slight or mid pressure because if you don't this make the nose swollen and probably bigger or as is.

Hii! I’ve been doing these exercises for more than three weeks now and let me tell you what I learned. So as someone who does not have a big nose but due to puffing wakes up every morning with a big nose these exercises really work to de-puff the nose! I noticed even if I don’t do it for one day my nose will still stay puffy so if you do it every morning trust me it will make a difference!
Yes I got the same results I have a small nose .... But get puffed after waking up ..... After doing this exercise daily... I got smaller than before nose !
I’ll update on my progress Day one: no change, practically the exact same as it was before Day two: slighttt difference hardly noticeable but it’s there. I can feel it when I breath and when I look in pictures Day three: doesn’t look thinner but it looks smaller (which I’m not complaining about I love it)
Really it's very effective exercise. My grandmother taught it to her childern. My mother taught me this. Our whole family used to practice it. Everyone has sharp and very beautiful nose. Teach it to kids , start this practice on newborn for great reasult.

THIS IS IMPORTANT FOR THOSE DOING THIS, PLEASE DO NOT BE ROUGH AND UNPAITENT! please just be gentle and patient as possible when doing this with your nose, not doing so may result in a longer bigger nose, which is the opposite of what we would want. day 1: did this in bed really quick with nothing to do, felt my nose and it felt way more petite, probably just an illusion of touch but I'm satisfied with how I feel currently.

My mom did this to my nose when I was a baby everyday after/before shower. I can definitely tell that it worked out cause I used to have a kinda wide nose and now it's sharp and small, or also known as celestial or turned-up nose. My mom also did that to my two other siblings, and we kinda have the same nose shape. I'm so thankful for my mom did this to us and we love it so much.

@@vanshikakapoor8677 I am doing it since I was little. Since in our childhood, we have soft bones. And reshaping of bones can be done easily at that time. But it can help you now as well. It may take a few years, but you will eventually see the changes. Apply some pressure on both sides of nasal bone and massage it (but carefully do it). It will help you to slim down nasal bone. And the exercise she's telling will also help. But you have to do it regularly for a long time until you achieve your ideal shape of nose. I don't think so that you have to do this nasal bone reshaping for ever.

I'm doing this every day (two times). I will do this for a year or 2 because apparently from what the comments are saying the more you do it the more you will start to see results. You can't just expect results after like 2 weeks. It takes lots of time to refine the nose and perfect it. It would be best if you didn't press the nose hard or it might become bigger than it already is. Just a reminder that you should only touch your face with clean hands. Oil and dirt from your hands could get onto your face and cause pores and acne. :) Also great video! Helped a lot 👍
This exercise did not effectively slim down my nose as expected😢. Although there were some positive changes, such as a more defined nasal bridge and reduced droopiness, the slimming effect was not long-lasting. After completing the exercise, my nose returned to its normal size, indicating that the results were temporary. While this exercise may be useful for achieving short-term improvements, like before a school event, it is important to manage expectations regarding its ability to produce permanent changes. (I have done this exercise for 30 days)
If you're doing these, always remember to not do it in a harsh force like what the creator said. If you're doing it in a harsh force, stop. It's making your nose bigger, not smaller. Be patient in doing these excersices, as you can see in the thumbnail it takes 30 days for you to see the result. I know these are commen sense but please, just remember this in doing the exercises. I didn't notice it.After 14-15 days, my mother said" Your nose shape is getting pretty" . Then I look into the mirror. It was really getting pretty. I did this exercise 3-4 times in a day. Our nose shape never remains same. So we should normally use this exercise 1-2 times in a day.

I've been doing this exercise since a year. And this definitely works out well ngl. If this exercise is done regularly, nose looks a bit big after waking up yet it comes back to its normal small size on doing the exercises. This requires a lot of patience and do this gently. Don't press ur nose hardly, it becomes even more bigger. Do this everyday in the morning. When ur out n in case ur nose feels bigger, do each exercise once. And ya u SLAY. HOPE THIS WAS HELPFUL

simple way to clean our nose is rubbing it politely with a toothbrush. some months ago I had blackheads, but now after doing this trick I have a clean and beautiful nose.

I’ve been doing this every day and there IS a good difference on my nose. sadly I didn’t keep track on it but I did see differences in a few weeks or so, you won’t get a skinny nose after 3 days. be patient and do it at least at night and morning

My nose is like a Porse's headlights its 4.3 cm. And I want to share this results if it would work or not. The goal is to attent 2.5 cm max to max. i’ve been doing these exercises for a month and i can see changes, but only the tiniest changes, if you want a result do the whole 30 seconds for each exercise because i only did 10-15 seconds and i regret it. Do not expect a result so quickly as in a week. It’s not that easy to reshape the nose, to get the best result I believe doing it for a year or two is the best option, even though it is time consuming, i’d rather do the exercises and get a result. For the people that do it for a week and comment like “It doesn’t work” IT WORKS!!! It just takes time, be patient with what you want 😁 But the try not to quicken the process by pressing it harder! This can lead to your nose increasing. So be nice and gentle with your nose or else your result will be having a bigger nose than before

@@ashwiniragate8578 bruh be patient and do it gently don't press it hard, it would work how old are you? I think you are too old that it does not work and this is only for people who has still soft bone in their nose, 6years old to 14 years old only it does work.
It works but you need to be do it multiple times a day consistently. I have been doing #1 and #3 for about 4-5 months, several times a day. Sometimes I apply so much pressure that I get a bit of blood on the inside of my nose. That much pressure is probably unnecessary and dangerous, but that’s what I did. I do not recommend using that much pressure. Now, my nose is SLIGHTLY slimmer and more defined. Remember that the nose is made of cartilage, which means it can be somewhat reshaped by doing exercises but it is not an easy task. You also have to continue doing it, you can’t ever stop (maybe if you do this for years your can stop after that?) because otherwise your nose will go back to how it was before. I do some of these exercises multiple times a day. Sometimes casually while I’m studying or in the shower. I also lost about 10 pounds over the course of these 5 months which I believe contributed to my nose as well. Use both thumbs for nose exercises; if you use a thumb and an index finger it will make your nose uneven - your nose will angle towards one side because your index and thumb have different amounts of pressure when you are pinching your nose. DO NOT pick your nose with your thumbs. This makes your nostrils bigger over time. Also, start mewing. Mewing won’t slim your nose but it will improve the structure of your nose (face and jaw too) over time. These exercises will not make a BIG difference but it will make a NOTICEABLE difference in most cases. I am 21 and this video helped me. If you are 15-16 or around that age you can 100% benefit from videos like this (not only the nose but other parts of your face too)

Hii! I’ve been doing these exercises for more than three weeks now and let me tell you what I learned. So as someone who does not have a big nose but due to puffing wakes up every morning with a big nose these exercises really work to de-puff the nose! I noticed even if I don’t do it for one day my nose will still stay puffy so if you do it every morning trust me it will make a difference!

Really it's very effective exercise. My grandmother taught it to her childern. My mother taught me this. Our whole family used to practice it. Everyone has sharp and very beautiful nose. Teach it to kids , start this practice on newborn for great reasult.

My mom did this to my nose when I was a baby everyday after/before shower. I can definitely tell that it worked out cause I used to have a kinda wide nose and now it's sharp and small, or also known as celestial or turned-up nose. Well it actually works. I used to massage my nasal bone and sides of nostrils. It really made my nose slimmer than before.

@@vanshikakapoor8677 I am doing it since I was little. Since in our childhood, we have soft bones. And reshaping of bones can be done easily at that time. But it can help you now as well. It may take a few years, but you will eventually see the changes.
Apply some pressure on both sides of nasal bone and massage it (but carefully do it). It will help you to slim down nasal bone. And the exercise she's telling will also help. But you have to do it regularly for a long time until you achieve your ideal shape of nose.
I don't think so that you have to do this nasal bone reshaping for ever.

This exercise did not effectively slim down my nose as expected😢. Although there were some positive changes, such as a more defined nasal bridge and reduced droopiness, the slimming effect was not long-lasting. After completing the exercise, my nose returned to its normal size, indicating that the results were temporary. While this exercise may be useful for achieving short-term improvements, like before a school event, it is important to manage expectations regarding its ability to produce permanent changes.

If you're doing these, always remember to not do it in a harsh force like what the creator said. If you're doing it in a harsh force, stop. It's making your nose bigger, not smaller. Be patient in doing these excersices, as you can see in the thumbnail it takes 30 days for you to see the result. I know these are commen sense but please, just remember this in doing the exercises. I didn't notice it.After 14-15 days, my mother said" Your nose shape is getting pretty" . Then I look into the mirror. It was really getting pretty. I did this exercise 3-4 times in a day. Our nose shape never remains same. So we should normally use this exercise 1-2 times in a day.

I've been doing this exercise since a year. And this definitely works out well ngl. If this exercise is done regularly, nose looks a bit big after waking up yet it comes back to its normal small size on doing the exercises.
This requires a lot of patience and do this gently. Don't press ur nose hardly, it becomes even more bigger.
Do this everyday in the morning.
When ur out n in case ur nose feels bigger, do each exercise once. And ya u SLAY.

It works but you need to be do it multiple times a day consistently. I have been doing #1 and #3 for about 4-5 months, several times a day. I used more pressure than is recommended in this video. Now, my nose is SLIGHTLY slimmer and more defined. Remember that the nose is made of cartilage, which means it can be somewhat reshaped by doing exercises but it is not an easy task. You also have to continue doing it, you can't ever stop (maybe if you do this for years your can stop after that?) because otherwise your nose will go back to how it was before. I do some of these exercises multiple times a day. Sometimes casually while I'm studying or in the shower. I also lost about 10 pounds over the course of these 5 months which I believe contributed to my nose as well.Use both thumbs for nose exercises; if you use a thumb and an index finger it will make your nose uneven - your nose will angle towards one side because your index and thumb have different amounts of pressure when you are pinching your nose. DO NOT pick your nose with your thumbs. This makes your nostrils bigger over time. Also, start mewing. Mewing won't slim your nose but it will improve the structure of your nose (face and jaw too) over time. These exercises will not make a BIG difference but it will make a NOTICEABLE difference in most cases long term. I am 21 and this video helped me. If you are 15-16 or around that age you can 100% benefit from videos like this (not only the nose but other parts of your face too)

I’ve been doing this every day and there IS a good difference on my nose. sadly I didn’t keep track on it but I did see differences in a few weeks or so, you won’t get a skinny nose after 3 days. be patient and do it at least at night and morning
