      Mathew Anderson I cook at 275 till it hit a temp of 203-205

    I'm sure it was tasty, but I have to agree with many other poster.
    Cook times, and the temp you wrapped at, and pulled at would have bee helpful.

      Um yeah! Your not answering question though.. it’s been asked twice now and you’ve given the same answer. I have half a butt to smoke and I’m wondering if it will take the usual 10 hrs to smoke. That’s why I watched your video.. don’t get me wrong here, that looks great and you did a good vid with some info just not pertinent info needed

      @@timothykuharich9967 Once again. You cook it until it hits 203 to 205. Depending on your cooking temperature he can take anywhere from 6 to 8 hours. It could be a little less depending on if you’re cooking hot and fast. I cook at 275 300

      @@timothykuharich9967 i did mine on Christmas did 4.5hrs spraying every hr 15 times cider vinegar n apple juice, then wrapped in foil and 2.5 hrs then rest for 45/60mins was bloody the goods

      What temp did you cook the pork on? About how long did it take to get to temp before you wrapped? What temp did you take it to after wrapping to know it was done? How long did the whole smoke take?
