  • I seem to have messed up the audio on this video and it is in mono. I hate that and I apologize. In this video, I basically replace the starter on the atv and found some other issues. I'm glad it's a project. I'm also trying to learn editing and camera man skills. You'll see some tests in editing... the camera man skills.. well.. uh... I hope to get better in that area. Thanks for watching! Please consider subscribing, liking, and commenting. Every subscription, comment and like helps the channel out. I'm on a quest for 1000 subscribers and hope that I can provide the content needed to get there. Thanks!

Part #4060152 for the flywheel. The flywheel you have is definitely bad ! Might fall apart and ruin your stator. Try cleaning the stator. But give t he pickup coil a look over. Is there a way I can give you my email? Good video ! Also clean the carb. Check the boots on both sides of the carb.

What would you like to know? Lol. I'll be making more videos on it, I just have to get over an injury first.

You need to find out where the moisture is coming from. Otherwise you'll be doing the whole job over again.

Yeah.. I agree with you. I don't know the history on this quad. I don't really think it set out in the rain.... but I suppose it is possible. It could have been flooded... or ran through some deep water. With all of the mismatched hardware that I've found on it, nothing would surprise me. I think that one of the water cooling jackets got drilled through when somebody, previously, tried to fix a stripped out bolt or two....or three... which makes me think that it will probably need a new engine case... or at least one of the case halves. If that's the issue, it will be another video to make and more learning for me. Hopefully, once I fill it with coolant and fire it back up, I will be able to tell more. Thanks for the comment. I appreciate you taking the time to watch and leave some feedback!
