Hi Gabi Dee you made a fantastic restoration well done you brought your phonograph back to life cabinet looks really lovely wood grain and great hand painting on the bed plate plays brilliantly great video. Troupee from Ireland. 👍👍🎷
@@gabideeiwhy pleasure is all mine sir , keep up the good hard work and post more so that we can enjoy it watching as how you do the restoration on your own single handedly
Was any work done on the reproducer (soundbox)? It sounds remarkably good, especially in view of the fact that the horn is only a small one. - One small criticism: the brush used for painting the gold corner ornaments was much too thick. There would normally be five strokes at each corner, not three, and they should be as sharp and even as the straight lines. It would be worth while to do these again with a finer brush, so as to match the high standard of everything else in this restoration.
Thank you very much. That’s exactly what the gold line should be. Unfortunately, that was my best shot could not do better and I had redo many times. It would require skill to do a finer brush. No any work done with the reproducer. 😃
Amazing work mate, sounds beautiful, its as if it was new out the factory. No wobble or too much highs in the sound. Tuned to perfection.
Thank you sir.
