    Ano nga ba ang tama? Ano nga ba ang sinasabi ng batas tungkol dito? Pag regular nga ba ang empleyado, hindi na sila pwedeng matanggal? At kung pwede, sa papaanong paraan?

    Atty. I was hired as an HR Officer Last January 31, to July 25, 2023. I was a Probationary Employee that time. I did follow the standard of evaluation including myself, I did pass the evaluation. The thing is on July 22,2023 I was called by the wife of the owner of the company and informed me that I am terminated because they wanted to lessen their employees. I was shocked knowing that the company is still hiring for employees in order to supply the demand of having clients. I was not given a Notice of Termination, there was no due process being followed and on July 25, 2023 I was informed verbally by the owner itself that it was my last day of office. Again I was shocked and my mind blew out of proportion that I wasn't able to counter everything. Now, my question is can I still file for a complaint on Dole against them? Even if it was already five months ago? Hoping to receive a solicited advice on your part. I'm an avid subscriber here. Thank you.

    Sir isa po AKO na empleyado SA isang company naka duty po AKO SA branch 8 so 7 kmtrs from branch 3 ,nag time in po AKO SA branch 3 but duty AKO SA branch 8 dapat ba ako materminet kaagad SAlamat po

      Hi Christina! We appreciate you watching the channel. As for language, we've had a fair share of people saying "do it in English!" While another group says, "Tagalog please"
      We tried both. At this point, we opted to just deliver it the way we would be comfortable teaching things as if we were face to face. So it will probably be a mix, depending on the points we want to present or explain.

    Atty. tanong ko lang po, yung company kasi na papasukan ko may 1year contract sila, tpos pag hindi natapos ang contract ay need mo mag bayad ng 90k. At kakit na terminate ka ng hindi pa tapos ang 1year ay need pa din mag bayad. Paano po kung wala naman kakayanan mag bayad ang empleyado? Ano po ang mangyayari? At ano po ang dapat gawin?

      Generally speaking, kung hindi po acceptable sa employee yung terms ng contract, free po sya NOT to enter into the employement contract po. Kung hindi katanggap tanggap ang mga kundisyon, hindi po pwede pilitin ang employedo na pumasok sa kasunduang ito. Pero once pumirma na po sya, ang ibig sabihin tinatanggap po nya ang nilalaman ng kasunduan. Kontrata po kasi ang Employment Contract.

    Hi Atty., what if a company gave you a notice to transfer, prior to be hired, however, you already turned down the idea of relocation but they still hired you. And then after 2 years of working, you are already a regular employee, they issued you a notice of transfer but you declined. And this company used it to terminate your contract. Do we have the right to complain?

    Hi po mga Attorney's, what if po ung mga contract base job. May kakilala po kasi ako na may 6 months contract pero ung company nagdecide na putulin na ung contract after 3 months. Pwede po ba un?

    ATTY... GUD AM I'm from leyte I was work ninjavan 5 years na ako sa work ko as delivery rider... Na bagsak lng ako sa evaluation kasi natransper kac ako nang hub....in almost 2months kasi Yung area ko wala nagtatagal na rider kasi malayo ang area..... Din bigla nalang nilang g resign account ko... Hindi manlang sila nag sent nang letter sa opis na mainform

    na lipat ang anak ko sa ibang team nung nasa call center pa sya. tapos kahit na 3months na po sya sa dating team, nung nalipat sya trainee po ulit for 1 week ang status nya. then hindi na sya pinapasok ng OM dahil d daw po sya nakapasa sa training. itong march 28 may dumating na letter na AWOL daw po sya. anu po ba ang pwedeng gawin kasi na dedepress na yung anak ko. samantalang for 3 months nya sa bpo walang siyang late or absent.

    may inilalaban ako sa company,pag ibig fund ko hnd nahuhulugan ng tama kaya pinadole ko sila. mula nun feeling ko pinag iinitan na ko 4 yrs regular na po ako, walang evaluation nagyayare sa loob ng 4yrs ko kahit ng ibang regular.nagulat ako bigla ako enivaluate. tama po ba ginagawa nila sken?

    Hi Po ask ko lang Po sinuspend Po Ako ng employer ko kc naka 3 nte Po Ako eh 2022 2 lang Po narecieved q na nte.nagcount on Po Ako sinama Po pla nila ung nte ko last 2019 counted pa din Po iun.nag ask aq sa attorney ng company namin f may cleansing Sabi Wala Po daw gawa ng magiging habitual ng empleyado 😅😅😅habitual fr.2019 to 2022 can we consider that na habitual years Ang lumipas???
