Really cool that Rico and Dizzy original actors returned. Wonder how that happened. They are true fans to the series? Or not much acting gigs thrown their way?
Rico's actor seems to love the series. He was executive producer of both Invasion and Traitor of Mars. In Invasion he was probably too busy to take the role, else I suspect he would. If he was free, that would even save the cost of hiring a VA XD. Dizzy's actress has a movie and some TV gigs in the same year as Traitor of Mars, so may be she too was a fan rather than being too free. Though I don't really know that much about how busy is busy for them.

@@zmanthekiller6536 It's a reference to the "Earth Defense Force" games. Great series, check them out. The "Fencer" class is basically a powered exoskeleton that is extremely slow, but has jets to let it dash around faster... it carries all the heaviest weapons in the games (giant ass missiles... artillery... big fucking hammers and swords...). It has nearly zero upward mobility and takes a while to get it around the field as you have to constantly mash the "dash" buttons to do so. The "Wing Diver" class is essentially scantily clad jetpack girls that carry sci fi weaponry. Basically, they use lasers and plasma... which also run off their jetpack charges (which means you can't fly forever). They tend to act as the "Snipers" of the game as they can get on buildings, or get into difficult to reach areas... and they're also the most highly mobile class as they can escape most fights quickly by just taking to the sky. However, they're also the most squishy, They tend to die... a lot. Very easily. If you don't snipe with them, your primary tactic will be strafing runs over a target area, getting in, hitting a few bugs, and getting out before you can be hit by ranged weaponry. Honestly, my favorite class in EDF is the Wing Diver. But, it is generally the way I like to play most games. Tactical, methodical. I typically use my Wing Divers to take out priority targets. That is to say... monster spawners… boss monsters... targets that will do a lot of damage to my group (like turrets and the web throwing spiders that get you in their giant webs and can snag you through geometry). I tend to equip them with something that is rapid-fire and low energy cost as well as a big cannon type weapon that does a ton of damage with a single hit. I'll fly in over an area, hit the priority target with the big death gun... and then as my energy recharges, use the rapid fire gun to fall back on foot until recharge is complete and I can fly away again. The rest of my squad tends to act as "support" when I play. Namely, they clean up after I'm done hitting all the important stuff. As they clean up, I pick up all the junk off the battlefield since I can do it the easiest and most effectively. A lot of players like the Wing Divers just because they're the most mobile. You can fly around and get out of dangerous situations quickly. They do suffer in the underground levels though. Quite a lot.
Imagine having the planet next door starting an independence movement when youve probably got dozens or hundreds of interstellar colonies with even less connection with you.

Is it worth pointing out that George's helmet number is 42?
