I went to catholic as a kid. When I grew up i never thought about God. One day things where very bad in my life and I was gonna kill myself. At that moment, a light came into my house. I feel about the same way. I was brought up in an old-school Roman Catholic culture, and indoctrinated with beliefs about eternal punishment, etc. I struggled with my beliefs for decades. With therapy, I let those scary, damaging beliefs go. I'm not a praying person, nor do I go to church, but I do believe in the Creator, the Source of all love. I simply live with gratitude for all the blessings I've been given, and make sure I'm kind and compassionate to others.
