like the flowers and micro everything
Lovely paste lovely flowers lovely fronds, lovely potatoes, lovely mustard, lovely puffed pork skin... Get some better adjectives, bro.
needs more flowers :P
Serious question, am I supposed to eat the flowers Simon?
Why are you idiots eating at places like this, or watching these videos if its not your kind of thing? Youre actually the exact same as clueless snobs who go to these places and also dont have a clue or interest in what they are eating, and then slate places like Pizza Hut for being simple and bad quality etc etc. Snobs and anti snobs are just as bad. If you dont like it or is isnt your thing, then dont waste your time on it, but dont be a clown and waste your time slating it or waste your money eating it. That goes for L'Enclume or Pizza Hut. Each to their own.
Chris Handley what are you chatting you bellend

These comments are by clueless morons that don't understand the palet .
I was hungry after eating there!
I understand the artistic flair and creativity part.... but..... a profession where you gain higher commendation for NOT serving any food? Seems like a winner.
I love “Tartare” but that for me the meat was chopped into big of pieces and would put me off finishing the dish
And here u go... what your made to believe is good food buy our prices
really "Twang"
lookin at such dishes infuriates me.. so much pretentiousness..drops, dribbles, tasteless flower petal.. all just trying to look pretty..does not look mouthwatering at all.
have you tasted calendula or nasturtium flowers?
I have as a matter of fact. .no taste.
+sajjan sarkar Well thats a lie! nasturtium is peppery like water cress.
Don't lie to yourself. .that petal is there only for aesthetics. .any taste is incidental
+sajjan sarkar So you admit that you lied about eating the petals? As there is 'incidental taste'. Yes they are aesthetically pleasing, but different petals have different tastes and the specific petal is chosen for that dish. You would have to be totally ignorant about high level cookery if you thought they just threw petals on to make it looks pretty.
Roadkill with some grass from the side of the road🤢

avoid this place - im a gourmet fan but here tasteless and pretentious food - wine flight a rip off - service below avg with some waiters not even capable of explaining what u r eating, the mediocrity of most dishes does not outweight the good level of 2 or 3
VVtube we must have been to different places as I ate here and had the taster menu and the flavours and choreography of the service was some of the best I’ve had. Happily paid £700 for two and looking forward to going again.
