Even when the house is all finished all done Fidel is always going to be looking for something to do because he can’t stay still. He goes and goes and goes.😂
Yes!! Thats the way Mexicans are made there like the Energizer Bunny keep on going. I’m married to a Mexican from Michuacan and he’s already retired and he can’t stop he still works in construction drywall and framing houses and buildings so go figure 😂😊👋🏻
Wow Candice ! ! I can bet my last bottom dollar that your parents have shed tears of greatfullness , joy and pride over your accomplishments ! Every day is getting closer and closer for that day for your parents to visit after the house is ready. There aren't going to be enough cleenex tissues at the house ! Que Dios los siga bendiciendo ! !
Tu Esposa Fidel es. Una gringa linda, amorosa, cariñosa, súper Inteligente. Bendiciones para tu. Hermosa familia. Ella. ., es linda inteligente y buena persona. Dios bendiga toda Tu. Familia. Amén 🙏
I shared this video with my Gringo husband. He has been asking how houses are built in Mexico. This is the best example and excellent explanation. Thank you guys !!
Fidel, you're doing such an amazing job for your family and Candice. Don't worry about other peoples crazy comments. Ya, both together are awesome and have a beautiful family. The boys are amazing as well. I can't wait to see the finishing touches when it's all done. Love seeing ya's videos
I feel so smart about your construction! I live in Puerto Rico, and we construct our homes pretty much like yours. Honestly, Fidel has placed enough reinforcement beams and pillars to convert the house into a condominium. 😂😂 It's going to be spectacular!
7:50, that’s the difference between houses built in Mexico and US. And the difference between old and new builds. In the states, the rooms built with brick always keep the temperatures regulated. But what Fidel is trying to say is. The installation the yellow/pink itchy stuff, helps regulate the temperature bc houses in the states are build with wood. So it’s a lot of emptiness behinds walls and nothing to keep the cold/heat inside. But you got 7in solid brick walls that you can’t put nothing inside!!
Dang Fidel speaks fast I speak Spanish but it was hard for me to understand him some times lol but the house looks amazing and the videos are great keep it going
Based on Fidel's description and work, your home is so much more logical and durable. ❤ It is so beautiful and amazing to see you build a house that is Mexican in architecture and build and not trying to build a U.S. cookie cutter clone. ❤
No jodasssss! Y Educado. Y ella sabe Español a vergaaaaaa. Bastante que Sabe. Súper inteligente hahaha 😝 😂😅😂😢Haha 😂😂😂😂
Loved your update on your house and all the loving pets. I can't wait to see this project come through to the end. All the family live nice and comfortable in this dream house. Blessings!

It wasn’t until this video that I realize you two still have a bit of a language barrier amongst you. Pretty amazing how you find ways to communicate. Now that is love.
Fidel is very knowledgeable! It is amazing to see he built all that with his own hands. It is so exciting to see the house is almost finished after so much hard work
Love to see your dogs bein healthy and loved by you, make sure they are warm during winter if they are going to be at the construction. House is looking fabulous, well built it.
That house is going to be so beautiful & sturdy for sure, bien orgullosa por ustedes & Fidel especialmente he’s building his own house for his own family a very prideful feeling that is❤️
❤❤❤❤🙏🙏🙌🙌🙏God bless you for all the sacrifices you have made to keep your family together and for thinking about your family further to come for generations! Much love and respect always

I've lived in two different homes here that were well over 100 years. One was over 200 years old and both were still very beautiful ❤❤❤ no problems with fires, tornadoes, hurricanes or earthquakes....no worries
Que tal Sra. Candy.
Hello sweetie this message goes to you and your husband and your family God bless you I've been following you since I found you on UA-cam the best thing I'm gonna tell you people keep your comments to yourself don't be haters God bless you and your family your home is going to be very beautiful tell your husband that I'm very proud of him
Hola!, me da gusto saludarlos.
If u know about mexican history. They are one of the best builders in the world They are the workers in the united states of america. Learn, there history. The house will come out beautiful. U guys enjoy it, God bless those skillful hands.
I am so excited Candice weee. Fidel is sooo a hard worker and you can see how excited he is i loved his bbq corn he is a sweetheart a so humilde. From Panama Gisela
Thank you so much for your videos I enjoy watching them we too built a new house here in Durango Mexico and we did it as well from cement but from the inside we do drywall in insulation I find the cement hoses get pretty cold without insulation especially if you have a cement roof in bedrooms like I have but you could always get mini splits as well can't wait for your house to be done
Girl, you need to start thinking about finishes: paint, kitchen cabinets, bathroom fixtures, etc. The end will be here before you know it :) Have you thought about what you are going to do with the surroundings, "landscaping" ? to prevent the kids & the dogs bringing so much dirt inside?
Felicidades y sigan asi !!!
I'm Mexican, and I new that houses were built different in Mexico, but didn't know why. That makes a lot of sense now. I didn't know that wood was not commonly available in Mexico, like in U.S.A. More power to Fidel, he's very knowledgeable, he definitely knows what he's doing.

Just a comment...to avoid future electrical issues install a big enough electrical box. One 20amp breaker per room and two for kitchen counter tops plus one for each house's appliance. Is a very common mistake in Mexico to install little breaker boxes and then you have breakers tripping 😒 all time... saludos
Is there a way to show us what the house will possibly look like once finished? Like the walls and flooring? Does mother in laws house resemble any of what your home is going to be? How will you hang cabinets, pictures, or anything that you may need to, to the wall? Do you ever miss the amenities of the states? Was it hard for Diego to adjust to living in Mexico? I can truly appreciate the build. Just seems like an easier life style. We Americans are spoiled, want things easy. This way of living is more efficient. You have whats needed....electricity and water. I admire your love for your husband. Following him back to Mexico. If i may ask....why was he not a citizen in the states? So many questions....don't want to intrude in your privacy or cross the line of boundaries of what you share with us. Love your family. And your journey. Thank you for allowing us to follow along.

Very interesting and a side note, a majority of houses in Florida are also built with cement blocks. It's safer and they last longer.

You guys are building a cathedral😮.... The amount of hand work is CRAZY!
Congratulations, you guys are inspiring ❤
