I am not aware of the techniques you mentioned but I do avoid distractions and study for long hours. Even if you felt you cannot do that now, work on it gradually. It is like muscles. Also, studying efficiently is really important as it can improve your output 2X.
Can you give me an advice in studing hematology and onchology I am getting very upset while answering them wrong and i watched b&b but i am very upset and feel down !

Thank you! Definitely not one session. You will need to eat. So definitely have a two hour break in the mix.
Do you study using pomodoro technique or deep focus? How many hours a day do you consider enough to sleep to study efficiently? Thanks a lot!

It might be knowledge gaps or lack of recognition for patterns because they are pretty tricky and close. Keep repeating. Anki can be helpful.
