    <English Lyrics>
    Tackling a hectic schedule,
Sunday is the only exciting day
I want to play, I want to slay
but still can't figure out the right way
    "When's OK?" comes a DM
    It's OK! Effort-free
Ah, I've been lucky these days, happy Sunday
    Sounding out each other,
we share the table and say "Hi"
Our eyes meet and the real game starts here
    "Relativity theory"? I don't know
    I'm getting up now
"Pardon Me, I Have To Go Now"
    Sorry,Sorry,I'm sorry,I know now
    Let's just run away
    Sorry,Sorry,I'm sorry,I know now
    Let's just run away
Peck on, peck on the ground
Like a real grown-up bowing and behaving right
Peck on, peck on the ground more
Are you treating me like a child?
Hey, you're too sweet on yourself as if you're a candy
Your venti attitude makes me wanna punch
Thrills are your spice of life; good for you!
Unlucky, make it clear, going amok with you there
    Here goes the great liberation!
    More or less vague
    Great pinch-hitter VS. Bye-bye
    Everyday goes with a flow
Catch it early, get it early, ride the wave on a journey
    Am I stepping myself up?
    I'm brushing myself up!
With the world at my back
I give my all to send out lucid rap
    I'll do anything!
The way they do is bowing and smiling
I feel out of place at a drinking party
"With an honor student vision, work your way up"
    I'm getting up now
"Pardon Me, I Have To Go Now"
    Sorry,Sorry,I'm sorry,I know now
    Let's just run away
    Sorry,Sorry,I'm sorry,I know now
    Let's just run away
Peck on, peck on the ground
like a real grown-up bowing and behaving right
Peck on, peck on the ground more
Are you treating me like a kid?
thank you for all your support!

Best wishes to Sae. Her departure opens up a pretty sweet drummer spot for a band on the verge of really taking off.

I love Hanabie (ha-na-be-eh)! It means something like, "a cold spring day that brings frost to the new blossoms".❄🌸
They had around 37,000 subscribers at the beginning of the year. After this song went viral, with 2 million+ views in 2 months, that subscriber count went waaay up.
They have labeled their sound *Harajukucore.* It's named after the youthful district of Harajuku, known for it's street fashion, music, arcades, cosplay, etc.
Thanks for coming back, and checking out more Hanabie. Here's a few more song recommendations, 'Reiwa Dating Apps Generations', NEET GAME', & 'L.C.G.' (lollipop candy girls)

The Japanese are not as hung up on genre definitions as we are, which is probably one reason they seem to feel so free to be creative.

"Ha-na-be-eh" (last syllable rhymes with "net"), four syllables. Vowels are almost always pronounced as independent syllables in Japanese. In English, we pronounce "ie" as a diphthong, but diphthongs don't exist in the Japanese language. Not kawaii metal, but rather "harajukucore." Their primary influence is Maximum the Hormone, as they started as a Maximum the Hormone cover band.

Not sure why anyone would try to gatekeep kawai metal, it's not even a genre in that way, just a descriptive term. It's kawai and it's metal, so it's kawai metal. Sometimes people conflate it with idol metal, which is another descriptive term that often overlap. From what I've seen the Japanese are usually not big on genres in general, most of the time it's all just "loud rock" or some "genre" that is unique for just one band or group, which in the case of Hanabie is "harajukucore".
Edit: It can be worth pointing out that this is the origin of "kawai metal", which was the unique genre of Babymetal, until people started using it to describe other stuff that was both kawai and metal.

@@19FlyingWombat76 Harajukucore that’s what they lost themselves as in their web site. Harajuku is a part of Tokyo known for crazy styles and extreme fashions as well as other underground cultural activities. The name fits completely - Hanabie are a musical expression of Harajuku.

@@19FlyingWombat76 There is a practice in Japan where every band tends to invent their own genre that's unique to them. They don't use genres as we do in the west, preferring to use that unique term, and maybe something very broad. Most metal bands are just described as "loud rock" in Japan.

I've heard some people pronounce it with a long "a" sound, but I had a native Japanese speaker tell me it is pronounced "eh," rhyming with "net," which is more consistent with how the letter "e" is usually pronounced in Japanese. It can resemble an "a" sound when followed with "i," such as in the words "kei" or "sensei," but that is because it is usually spoken quickly, so that although that is technically pronounced "eh-ee," when spoken in very quick sequence, it sounds like an "a." There could be regional differences, of course, and to be fair, I'm not sure where in Japan the person who told me that was from, so it may be slightly different in Tokyo.

The name of the band is wrong. In Japanese reading, it becomes HANABI-Eh and pronounces E.
Some people ask me to forgive you because it's an English pronunciation, but please refer to it for the time being.
