A blessing, for when your child goes to college

This is, “a blessing, for when your child goes off to college.”
I delivered this to all of the parents, grandparents, and other elders and friends who dropped off the class of 2028 at DePauw University today after our opening convocation. It’s a tender day for all kinds of people. If you said a long (or rushed) goodbye to a child who somehow became a college student this weekend…I hope it speaks to you, too.
