Good content and just found your channel. I'm going to order book after the holiday season. As a minister here in Ok I see the idolatry of Trumpism. Its sad but I believe it says more about the 80 percent of his supporters from the church. As a black minister I have seen this for 25 years and now's its out in the open where we all can see it. Its about bigotry hate and grievance. I blame the pastors for this as many gave a wink and nod to this and mainly in 2016 when these pastors would not repudiate Trump nor denounce him or maga. I just subscribed to your channel.

Dear Jonathan, I wept at the end of this. I was raised in a Fundamental church but always struggled with the Prophecy conferences and as I got older I delved into Amillennialism and Postmillennialism. I still was struggling and through my journey in many churches I keep struggling with Hell and end times. Rob Bell's Love Wins was a super catalyst for me and for many years after reading it I just vaguely said I don't believe in the God that my family believes in. I love Jesus. I love the series The Chosen. I found Brian Zahnd and loved Sinners in the hands of a loving God. But I was still hands off with Revelation. Then two years ago I read The Rapture Exposed and Reading Revelation Responsibly. BUT until this podcast I never grasped the hope and healing. So, thank you thank you ! In 1999 I interviewed with the 4th largest home builder in the usa. First question I was asked was "Can you speak Mexican?". When I ask what does that have to do with carpentry or my skill level, I was told they need English speaking people who could speak Mexican to run the crews. Was the ONLY requirement for the job. Tell me again how illegal immigrants will make it better for me??? To add: In 2008 the flood of illegals was even worse and again I lost a good job.
