it’s definetly a beautiful place too be i always see tarpon and snook can never get them too bite though still yet too catch a fish their and i love local 🥺😭
I recognize both spots, I kayak fish both of those sanctuaries. No motor zones mean big fish👍 Believe it or not the giant snook will pick up a dead mullet that size. Sometimes it is more effective than live in the PM.
I’m from south Texas was fishing at our private pier and hooked a giant black drum.... no one had a net and I was pissed because it was gunna be my first in almost 10 years.... definitely need to carry my net no matter where I go
Amazing seeing you fish my stomping grounds!! Wish I coulda told you about New pass, its kind of a big no no spot for the locals hardly anything there.
Hello Brant, I want to tell you if you already didn't know that Walmart is discontinuing a lot of fishing lures. I bought a lot this afternoon. They have the lures that you use in different colors, $7 to $8 lures from $1.50 to .50 a piece. I probably bought $100.00 worth of lures for less then $25. So anybody reading this you might try your local Walmart for the fishing discontinued section.
Brant there is a small hole right next to where you put the aerator on the lid..put the hose in the bucket then go thru the hole and hook it to the pump and the lid will close...put the bucket in the shade or change the water every 30 minutes or so and they live longer..tight lines bud
Nice snook. Makes me feel a little better about my own fishing seeing you struggle with the same stuff the rest of us do--nothing sucks worse that sticking an expensive plug in to a dock or a jetty.
Love this spot! Was there a couple weeks ago and got blown up on a jerk bait under that same small bridge/tunnel at the park but couldn’t get a hook set due to the awkward angle. Love the traveling content, keep it coming!
Another great vid Brant! Loved the slow mo on the big blue. If i had all the money back from all the lures and rigs I've lost, I could probably buy a nice used 17' bay boat. Where were your soft plastics?
Google maps on satellite view. That's how I found a lot of my inshore spots. Including innerarity. Technology baby!! Youll have to find one of those go go gadget nets for scooping up those fish off the small pier.Rock on bro🤘🤘
That first spot where you cast netted off you went to the other side of the bridge you can catch some nice snook. During low tide you can walk out there pretty far and catch some nice fish
I always use a leader that's way too heavy when I fish a yozuri or a nomad. And I'm sure my cast to catch ratio suffers because of it but man it sucks to lose a 15 - 20 dollar lure. Nice lookin snook btw!
I lived on estero island..aka...fort Myers beach...I fished big Carlos pass all the time. And hooked up a ton of huge snook specialy when tide was coming in bringing in a lot of bait.....man I wish I could go back and relive the days....but I hope he will get a chance to check it out so I can see what happens..😊
Want to try something totally different? Small stream smallmouth in the Arkansas Ozarks! We're at the end of season now but next summer you could have a totally different experience.
I recently found a trick for sand spikes if you put them on the ground and cup your hands around the hole and suck the air out they’ll sink into the ground deep.
Gotta come to the East coast of Florida, ft Pierce Florida is where I fish and there are some of the biggest snook in the world there. It’s definitely a destination you should try as I land fish as well and there are tons of great great spots
Nice video 🎣 . Hey brant can you please tell me the name of the place where you caught the snappers . I need a place like that to take my kid 🎣 looks so peaceful.
first spot was new pass bridge Estero bay, (should’ve tried the northeast side lagoon flat of the bridge) second spot was lovers key national park.... cross over bridge to the beach from the marsh.😁
I definitely enjoy the land based fishing. Boats are cool but the true test of fishing is done with limited access and parkour off of railings! Great content!
Do you have a instructional video of you showing you cast net throwing method? I am having issues, watched several videos nothing seems to work for me.
Hey look at it this way.... it costs more than $15.00 just to motor out of the marina... you're way ahead of the game. Nice fish, pretty good vid... Thanks I enjoyed it.
These shore fishing videos are really appealing and I don;t know why because I usually fish from a Kayak or canoe. Maybe it is because it reminds me of my childhood. Keep up the great work and please put a "Dude!" counter on your channel like some surf channels have a "Psyched" counter. It would add to the fun!
You a good teacher ..i learned not to put large mullet in small bucket...lol we fo to Camanada Pass down in grand isle...cut mullet in half and catch MONSTER reds...biggest one so far 44 pounds...in october they start migrating through passes into marsh to spawn...you should try it...
You shall come to St. Petersburg Florida, although this channel doesn’t show anything I’ve been on a hot inshore bite. Wading forsure, we have a few bridges u can fish that produces biggins. It would be a pleasure to fish.
One tip to fishing with live bait in Florida is to use a circle hook and just let the fish eat the bait and the circle hook will hook the fish right in the corner of the mouth and u do nothing it’s great. Good job though!
A big thing in keeping your bait alive is using a net for bait. The oils from your hands can kill the fish. And keep the bucket cool. Nice fish tho! Tight lines
That is a beautiful place. You need to get a old bucket tie a rope on the handle of the bucket . When you come across a pier like that and you can't bring the fish up, toss the bucket over, put the fish in the bucket and pull.it up..
I dont know if Ego tackle sponsors you or not, but if so, do you have a discount code you are allowed to give out. I know when I was sponsored, I had those. Cool if you dont....I just have got to get that Tackle backpack...lol
That wasp wanted to be on youtube, he was eyeing the camera though, and then flew in front of it😆🤣🤣🤣😆🤣
I love Sanibel's ding darling, it's one of my favorite fishing spot in the world, well sanibel in general
GareOutdoors frrr i’m from fort myers lol

That was brilliant guys,Beach bum your a star⭐️First class entertainment 😂😂
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Can't tell you how many high dollar lures I've lost getting hung up just like that , that's the cost of fishing !!! 😄
Man the way you keep the bail open Is an art!! Awesome video!
That Tarpon was hanging out by that Mangrove Nest waiting for 1 to mess up.
Stroking the mullet under the bridge sounds like a dirty innuendo lol. Another great video!
That was a pretty smooth release for the pier being elevated so high, great spots. I live in the area and would love to fish whenever you’re down!
instablaster...
You crack me up when you slung the mullet.. lol, thanks
I recognize both spots, I kayak fish both of those sanctuaries. No motor zones mean big fish👍 Believe it or not the giant snook will pick up a dead mullet that size. Sometimes it is more effective than live in the PM.
👍
@@AnglerUpTv whats the areas name i wanna fish there?
That reel has served you well for awhile... but it sounds like it’s about time for a replacement! 😂 Enjoying the land based content bro. Send it!
🗣I’m begging you🙏🏾 stop using that Barbie rod for these giant fish 😂😂
my Dad and I moved here recently to learn how to fish and become Captains and take people out. Keep the Content coming. It's very inspiring.
Lucky!
Is this Lovers Key Carl Johnson park? I was just there 3 days ago, we probably missed each other but a few hours!!!
Great video Brant you are the snook king man and we should call the iguana George keep the great videos coming
I’m surprised you whooped that bluefish so quickly on that light gear! That was a really good one for backcountry/inshore here in Florida
I’m from south Texas was fishing at our private pier and hooked a giant black drum.... no one had a net and I was pissed because it was gunna be my first in almost 10 years.... definitely need to carry my net no matter where I go
Thanks for these videos me an my step daughter love them
Im a regular at the footbridge spot and we usually jump down to the water to land the fish 😂 slightly dangerous but worthit for a linesider
were is that spot? ding?
Eternalesence40 are you sure you are ready for that information?
lol trust me you can check my page out @angelo_adamcyk on insta

I absolutely love your videos. Especially here in my area.
Hey a tip to keep your bait alive put a frozen water bottle in the bait bucket
or try to keep replenishing the water with fresh water from where the fish came from...if you cant dangle the bait bucket down in the water that is...
Great video. Love this land based fishing your doing. Back to grassroots fishing as a kid. Keep up the good work. Appreciate ya.
Ever hit nassau sound out in jacksonville florida? The bridge and the beach produce some nice fish. Hasnt been a day where it was slow

Eastpoint Pier by ST. George has been amazing these last few weeks.
The first spot, go to the other side across and fish at night. Bring your big gear though. Another awesome video.
That first spot where you cast netted off you went to the other side of the bridge you can catch some nice snook. During low tide you can walk out there pretty far and catch some nice fish
Losing a fish is one thing, it's another when you lose a big fish and not seeing it. Keeps me up at night lol.
A Drone would put you on another level. Great Content.
On the way back up, hit up Suwannee Town, Sherid Island, Horseshoe Beach, Stienhacthee and Keaton Beach in Dixie and Taylor Co
I always use a leader that's way too heavy when I fish a yozuri or a nomad. And I'm sure my cast to catch ratio suffers because of it but man it sucks to lose a 15 - 20 dollar lure. Nice lookin snook btw!
Glad to have you out there fishing again. Good luck my man.
Poor 'Bama, are you ever gonna let him catch one?

AnglerUp with Brant thank you sir 🎣
Another fantastic video
You should have done a catch and cook wit da gecko.
Yea that first spot doesn't produce as much due to all the pressure it gets, you killed it at the other spots!
first spot was new pass bridge Estero bay, (should’ve tried the northeast side lagoon flat of the bridge) second spot was lovers key national park.... cross over bridge to the beach from the marsh.😁

You should totally check out spillways. I've marked over 30 from naples to Tampa. Or do a collab. Caught up fishing channel. Just starting it up
Man that reel...
The Snook have been slamming the finger mullet around here in Clearwater.

Can’t wait until you come to Jacksonville
You should go out to that pier in shorts and crocs and wade around it
Ya if he’s willing to die(It’s Florida)
You were in my hometown, great place to fish, you were literally in the same exact places I fish
Hardhead for a hardhead. Y’all stay safe.
So when is the Snook catch and cook? FYI fried snook nuggets are awesome.

You should try ponce Inlet or new Smyrna beach jetty
Love the contend I would love to see some fly fishing if you can it’s ok if you don’t
Great video! What rod/reel combo are you using and what kind of line? Thanks
Toadfish rod, Lews speed spin reel and 15# braid
AnglerUp with Brant thanks for the response! Hello from Mississippi!
Te felicito por subir esos videos de pesca. Créeme que los disfruto XK soy amante de la pesca. Te mando un saludo desde el sur de Texas.
Gatta get some waders and do some wade fishing! Maybe even a fly rod!
Snook must be the easiest fish in the world to catch. If somebody can’t catch one they should probably quit fishing.
apparently
You haven't been fishing with live shrimp
😂🤣😂
Bama Beach Bum you’ll catch one one day you might need to go with Brit RIT
Somebody’s bitter!
You mean Whiting Fish is the easiest fish to catch! I know you caught a lot of them on the beach...
Great backpack and the video is awesome thanks for sharing
Whenever I've had a good fish I couldn't bring up, I would throw my cast net over it to land them.
Come to Panama City. Have great land based spots that produce very well.
