Most people are able to cope and deal with it, but everyone can get to the point where they need the help that psychotherapy can provide. And certainly everyone can benefit from it, assuming they are able to self reflect.

Some people don't really seem to understand that when I talk about psychological problems, it's not directly about donations or amount XY or something like that, but about why these people donate their money to multimillionaires in the first place. Unfortunately, this problem is not taken seriously enough. But it is definitely the case that a lot of these people have problems that they try to compensate for with donations like this. Subscribing to a channel is completely okay and, in my opinion, the right thing to do. After all, the creator provides a service that you should definitely pay for. But donating large amounts for which you actually get no value in return and only makes a person richer than they already are is absurd and makes no sense.
This is actually a societal problem that is only getting worse. People are feeling more and more alone and isolated, with no connection to someone else. The thing Asmon has to remember is that the guys doing it are likely emotionally starved - the sexual pleasure from OF is secondary to what they really want, which is an emotional connection with another person, especially a woman. It encourages business models that rely on preying on the stupid. They make most their money selling "pay per view" videos that you have to buy in DMs. I saw a video where someone likened it to a stripclub, 'you pay the entry fee (the sub) to get in, then you pay for dances while in the club (the videos they sell in their DMs)' -- It's insane that people are spending a monthly sub on women, a lot of times multiple women, and then paying money per video on top of that. The world needs financial literacy classes.
