Hi, thanks! I have made a bottle with cap tutorial: ua-cam.com/video/45DeZ1WeYns/v-deo.html. This is one without screw cap. I think I can do something with the Hole feature together with the Boolean tool to create outer threads.
It could be over-constrained. Try to delete all the other dimensions (distances) first. Also select the diagonal vertices and then the origin point before adding the Symmetrical constraint.
The order of selection and the active body is important! Activate the 'Mold' body and then first select the 'Bottle' body and then the 'Mold' body. Good luck!
@@AllVisuals4U yes, was trying last night, full hour just trying again and watching again tutorial with proper order like in video, watching k board also as u use it.... nothing..... when press boolean only d main part shows, d mold i made just disapear....
Yes definitely if you want a little spacing between the bottle and the mold! I have to find out what's the best way to do this. Maybe scaling a copy of the bottle.

Can you do a simpel way to do like a screw top container / jar . That would be nice !
Do you mean as a 3D modeling demonstration or Boolean operation?
@@AllVisuals4U Hi there 👍 thanks for fast answer. I mean as a how to do video demonstration on free cad 😀

@@AllVisuals4U Amazing i will check it out 👍🌟
ok, also, i made my own BODY, when i do 1st symetrical constraint it sais REDUNDANNT constraint.... i made a simple square......

Hoe to make opposite way, like mold?
Do you mean the volume inside the bottle?
Boolean doesnt work for me...

@@AllVisuals4U i imported d main body, mby dat is a problem, mby i MUST CREATE my own.......
Could be!
@@AllVisuals4U Do u mby have some tutorial for dat? how to make mold for existing model/ figure/body...?
But... is important to add extra size to shape.
