    Beans produce gas because they contain insoluble fiber which feed beneficial bacteria. Feeding these bacteria starts a battle between the good bacteria and the bad bacteria. The gas is the result of this battle.

    Please anyone can help me, why aloe vera has pH of 4,..but they call it alkaline instead of acidic

      Great question! Aloe vera typically has a pH around 4, which makes it mildly acidic. The term 'alkaline' is sometimes used to describe aloe vera's effects on the body, as it's thought to help balance internal pH levels.
