Hi. Thanks for the great videos. I’ve been following along trying my first airport. (EGBK). I’ve got to the point where I’m adding the runways and taxiways etc. The aerial image was working fine that I added by following your video. But I’ve just loaded in to the sim and the buildings that I added are there but the default aerial image has reappeared and mine gone. Any ideas? Can I re add the image? Or do I need to start fresh again 😔
Haven't found anything on this but whenever I attempt to start the georeference step the progress indicator doesn't respond so I have to close my entire QGIS.
So is this scenery will apply to your computer only? Or it will be globally to any MFS2020 users. Meaning if I open the flight sim and fly to that location, the question is: I’m going to find that scenery that you had created or not? Note: I’m using Xbox, and I wonder if this will work on your computer only or if it’s globally. Kindly feedback.
@FSMADNESSPILOT When I export from QGIS, the PNG files are saved into subfolders and the file names are the same in each Plus there’s a lot of files. Do you know why? Thanks
Hi, great tutorial, I tried to import an aerial image but in the simulator I see transversal lines, if I look at it from one side I see them white, while if I look at it from the opposite side I see them black. I have no idea what I'm wrong
Good tutorial! but I have a problem, when giving to create the game package crashes and there is no way to create the package properly to make it work, I tried to wait for a while, but it remains locked for life.. I’ve updated the sdk, I’ve done everything, any solution?
I found the solution to this, you need to install this: dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-core/thank-you/runtime-aspnetcore-3.1.9-windows-hosting-bundle-installer
Hi, Great instructions. For some reason when generating tiles in QGIS3, it produces them in multiple directories. After editing the Tiles2bing.bat file, run it. It will not convert the tiles into the Converted directory. I have check the script multiple times. Any have any ideal why it will not convert, the input root is as follow, F:\SDK WORK PLACE\TILES Fortkent\19. Inside the 19\ are multiple directories in which are the tiles. Need some advice.
just to remember install NET Core 3.1 Runtime, necessary to tilestobing work fine! great video!!!! thx
Great video but please turn the music off. I found it difficult listening to you whilst the music was playing. Thanks.
Please turn off the music in the background, it makes the video almost complete useless
Best tutorial ever hahah I spend a lot to understand how to do it since I finally found this video... Thanks you a lot !
Hi, in my case when I hit the run.bat nothing gets converted...What could be the reason?
at least that was my issue
you are my hero ❤

When and where did you create the folder 'tile2bing'? And where are the files that you are showing in that folder?
discription
Hard to follow, and the music is so distracting!
Hey man, does it happen to you that after doing this, if you zoom out the aerial imagery shows up white?

Do you have version 3.18 installed. Try uninstalling and get version 3.16
@@roelvanschie5272 Ok i’ll do that. Thanks.

Can I do this for an entire city?
In theory, but it would be quite the feat!
Yes 🙌🏻
Sup bro, great tutorial. I just need help with one part, the conversion. It somehow doesn't work for me, do you possibly know why?
Yes the music is not only distracting, it will stop people subscribing, so if that's your goal congratulations you've managed to achieve it.
