Chopin - Barcarolle Op. 60 In F Sharp Major - Piano

- Barcarolle in f# major was composed by Chopin between autumn of 1845 and summer 1846. This is a really beautiful and wistful work. A barcarolle is traditional folk song sung by Venetian gondoliers. For whatever reason, this barcarolle is oddly nostalgic for me and I've always loved it and I hope you do too!

Very beautiful piece, never heared of! If you marry one day, I come to Venice, navigate the gondola and sing it for you. 🎤🎼
Heck yeah! You're hired.
Wow, this thing looks insane, as if 3 hands are needed!
Yeah, synthesia (as I'm sure you know) sometimes displays notes to be held longer than humanly possible in midi files!
You have to use the sustain pedal in those places.
Beautiful! Ait's a great piece! and well played!
Actually I didn't play this one :)
@@pianospiel1770 Beautiful anyway !
Thanks! :)
Lovely flow in the piano here, the elegance is wonderful as well.
Couldn't agree more!
Oh wow I can't remember that I ever heart this piece before. Sounds so wonderful!
Beautiful piece and playing, love this channel and I just had a suggestion if that’s ok, would you consider playing Nocturne in F mayor, op 2 by Thomas Tellefsen
I really love this piece and Tellefsen deserves more attention, thank you and keep up the hard work ❤️
Thank you! Yes I will consider it.
Polychromatic Pianist thank you ❤️
Even this piece doesn't scare you, man! I love your performance. I adore the musicality carried in this piece. You'll become a great pianist. May I borrow some tips as to handle those trills with thirds?
Well, this is actually a midi file I downloaded. So this isn't my personal performance. But my advice for trills would be to try doing exercises using trills and start off slow until your fingers are strong enough to consistently do trills with third intervals as well as keeping it even without stopping.
Very clear playing well done!
I swear I will play this
Good luck!
@@pianospiel1770 thx
Wait a second, where are your polychromatic hands? :-)
Haha, This isn't my performance :)
I really love what you do, the way you arrange this music. I'm making video of piano, I'd like your advice on how to improve. Thanks :) +1like
Thank you! You can improve your audio by using programs such as pianoteq (It's what I use for my audio). Pianoteq provides excellent audio as well as the ability to record yourself. As for visualization, you can use programs like after effects or the seemusic piano app. If you're just starting out, I would recommend using the seemusic app. It's easier and cheaper than after effects. But if you want to do more complicated effects you should probably use after effects. Here are links to all the programs I mentioned:

Probably traum (in his 2nd channel 'traumian') is gonna do a video titled, 'Barcarolle op. 60 while floating on the waters of Venice on a boat' lol
Only if the old traditions were followed today :(
That wouldn't surprise me haha.
it's in F sharp major not F sharp minor
My mistake, I'll fix it soon. Thank you.
@@pianospiel1770 description too. But it's a good performance. I like it
I'm glad you enjoyed it.
