Property crash is coming. A big one. Property prices are at same inflation level as they were in 2015. Everyone knows what happened after that for 7-8 years.
agreed.. realty stocks are behaving erratically.. pump and dump is going on... major real state firms are polotically associated and elections are nearby.. paid promotion os also being done by the firms..
I don’t think so, there won’t be a crash, because builders have consolidated and they will keep supply low to ensure prices appreciate. There is still a lot of land acquired by builders lying vacant.
Low interest home loan EMIs have increased the prices of homes. Higher EMI payments of 50% net home pay is unsustainable for a long periods of time
Awesome 👍
Thank you! Cheers!
Other reasons are ek building me 10 flats ho to usne 6 flats investors phale hi le lete hai jis vahj se supply less and demand more hots hai usse price b increase ho jata hai
Nicely explain ❤
Glad you liked it
yes, people can afford homes but the question is where ? which location they want ? can they afford in that area ?
Your videos are very informative
Glad you like them!
Please make a video on Mohali market
Home will likely to be more expensive in near future. Because of cost of construction is doubled due to inflation.
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Should we trust this data from companies like knight Frank? Lot of lobbying will happen from construction companies to show housing market is booming and affordable to lure customers... might be misleading
Don’t trust them, they are basically in the brokerage business so they will keep wanting to show a rosy picture and ensure you to buy
No one provide such type of video
Nahi Bengaluru aur gurgaon me ek cabinet secretary bhi ek 3BHk 2CR ka ethically nahi kharid sakta. After tax cabinet secretary gets less than 2lacs.

it's not just home, but cars in India as well, a normal good car costs 40lakh+, and even the top earners with 24lpa can't afford them.
Bhai tere pass koun si car hai? 😂😂😂..
Bhai 40 50 lakh kay neechay to aaj kl kay log baat nhi krte oraukaat 4lakh ki nhi hogi.. 😂😂😂
@@N7_YES typical Indian, when someone points out a flaw, mock them back.
Home loan lead to price increase in property
Cost of construction is increasing like anythingh end user ko sasta kaise milega ..😭😭
Cost of construction issue nahi ha, cost of land is the real issue. Its way too costly and people are trading land like crazy and hence inflating price.
realty stocks are behaving erratically.. pump and dump is going on... major real state firms are polotically associated and elections are nearby.. paid promotion os also being done by the firms..
Simple answer ---NO
Gher khrid kon rha fir 🥲🥲
Only few people who are earning high, govt should increase tax on every new house for the same person. Like for first time 5%, second time 10% if first one is not getting sold. Similarly for 3rd purchase tax should be 20% and so on
Bohot log ghr switch krte hai.. like bada ghr lete hai . Purana ghr bech k bada ghr lete hai that is still affordable..
Jinhone kabhi nahi liya.. ya gaav mein hai ghr unko problem hota hai.
Kuch logo ke pass ek bhi flat nahi hai aur kuch logo ne 10-15 flats le rakhe hai.
I personally know someone in Mumbai who owns nearly 30 property in a single township and he lives in Gujrat
