  • Housing prices are on a continue rise in India and this has led to a question that are increasing housing prices good for the economy ? And moreover are rising property prices good for common people. In this video, I have explained how real estate is able to generate massive revenues for government bodies, attract foreign investments and have given boost to the GDP of the country but at the same time how increasing housing prices have put a common man under financial pressure and fear of not being able to buy a house ever.     Between April 2025 to March 2028, when most of properties are listed as ready to move then there would be decline in demand of real estate as lots of RE investors want to flip their property purchase but there will be no buyers available to buy the property for such high valuations and besides there would be a lot of options available for ready to move properties in the RE market.

    I think it is nice review. It should also take into account investors prospective whereby 29% of their investment will also be available as resale units and as such the investors holding should be treated as available inventory in the market. The new launches have to compete with the inverstors available inventory which with increasing price tag will becaome more competitive . Market shall also include social responsibility of affordable housing which is biggest chunk of end user buyers market.

    Price rise in Bengaluru is leaning towards a housing bubble. Very much needed in Bengaluru where there is no water, no roads, no infrastructure. Not sure who is buying and who is selling.

    Don't know about Tier-1,2 cities but price of developing areas will continue to rise irrespective of any bubble, as it is the only way to spend the black money, and genuine people will suffer. Better to buy 1-2 plots for future and rest invest in other commodities. Excessive investment in real state can be fatal.

    Wait for next year fed rate cuts.. High interest rate in US and europe is making high rise big ticket apartments attractive whereas budget, ddjay and affordable categories are lagging.. This trend will reverse next year

    As on today there is no growth in Information technology for those who have purchased property in a metro city with COVID high salaries not able to pay emi, school fees so now such people again moved to their home town searching for work from home job and finding tenenat for their metro city property so that they can balance situation

    Property 9% se badhe hai aap bata rahe ho , 1992 se property 25% CAGR se badhe hai ye data aap jo bata rahe 9% se ye data housing build property k bare me bata rahe ho open land agricultural land aur commercial property k price 25 % CAGR se badhe hai

      This is only new launch housing project data collected by HDFC bank and does not include land, plot, villa and bunglow. Hence 9.3% CAGR

    IT sector going down and real estate in Bangalore going up every hours - ask anyone for 2/3BHk - all are buying at the price of 1-1.5 cr - God knows if only NRIs buying or anyone working in Bangalore

      bhai sabse acha loan lele jitne main tu hire karega utne main bank wale tere document cheq kar lenge
      :- mujhe 1 property pasand aaya maine sabko paper dikhaya sab ne paas kar diya lelo sahi property hain bol k
      mere papa ne 5lakh ka loan karne ko bola bank wale ne reject kar diye structure alag tha builder k paper se
      main safe ho gaya 👍👍

    Flat , township me bungalow,row houses k price nhi badhege lekin open plot agricultural land and commercial property k price in future bhi badte rahege

      Ye sab depend karega ki plot, agricultural land kaha par hai. Lekin agar flat acchi location city mai hai toh rental yield compound hote hote 10 saal mai double hojaegi matlab 10 percent se upur aur flat ke price bhi steadily barege

      Get loan and rest is taken care by bank...no one will do the in-depth checks as banks
