Isn't that a little steep? My mom's 2500 sq ft 3 bedroom house with attached family room with a floor to ceiling fireplace is 130.000.

But This house can be moved, but your mother's house cannot :d
And I have a 2200 sq ft, brick, 4 bd, 2 ba, w 2 fireplaces, huge family room & attached garage, that I bought a few years ago at $126k. These tiny homes, trailers, RV's, etc. were always meant to be an inexpensive alternative form of housing. Now, they cost almost as much or more than a brick & mortar home. 😢
