    I just wanted to tell Bob & Brad how much they have helped me. I was suffering from SI joint pain, I had been to doctors, chiropractors, and physical therapists, but no one was really able to help, I happened to see a video of Bob & Brad utilizing the Serola Belt AND IT CHANGED MY LIFE!! I was so thankful that I happened to see that video. This belt has worked wonders with the pain that I was experiencing. I just want to THANK YOU BOB & BRAD for taking the time to share the information on this belt. I just ordered another one to have on hand in order to keep both clean. I can wear one while the other one dries after cleaning. It was just a God thing! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! Many prayers out to Bob. ❤🙏

    Intend to grab the top of a door and take weight off my feet and hang for a few minutes, I suffer with back pain but need to be careful as I had disintegrated disc between 3-5 although the operation gave me my life back literally , as after that for 20 years was able to walk the countryside go horse riding swimming climbing trees to prune them in the orchard so cannot complain. I always watch you and Bob as you have helped with some things thank you .

    I was diagnosed with cerebellar ataxia when I was sixty. I am sixty-nine now. My symptoms were the same as Bob described in his update. I’m doing so much better now! I was diagnosed by a team of doctors at Houston Methodist Hospital where I underwent tests for a week while getting IV steroids. They determined that my ataxia was caused by antibodies to GAD. My neurologist there has me on IVIG every 5 weeks. I am so grateful that there a a treatment that works for me and that my insurance pays. I know that the cause of our conditions was determined to be different. In my case it is autoimmune.
    I am praying that there will be a treatment for Bob that will help him as much as IVIG helps me! Thank you, Bob, for all you have done and continue to do to help so many people!

    • @trelligan42
      @trelligan42 Рік тому +1

      One problem with the intense exercise of gymnastics is that cartilage-tendons and joints-grow strong slower than muscles. It may be necessary to reduce the intensity of your exercise so that you're not straining your cartilage because the muscles are so strong. Your instructor(s)/therapist(s) should be able to help with this depending on location of pain.

    I've been told recently by a specialist (Dr) that I have Lumbar Spondylosis. I feel most of my pain in the lower left of my back towards the spine. Is this a form of arthritis? I was told that it was a natural degeneration of the spine due to age. I'm only 50 and have been feeling this pain for about a year on and off. Currently in a flare up and dosing with a coated Naproxen.

    Hello.
    I feel pain in my knee (like a shock) whenever I do a standing forward bend (toe reaches) or similar exercise (this is the only way I could recreate the pain. I tried many tests).
    I also feel pain whenever I run for more than 20min.
    Please, if you have any info about the possible diagnosis, share it with me. I have a problem with my Health insurance (I wouldn't be able to get it checked right now).
    I had this condition for a year now. I didn't care about it at first, but I learned recently that some conditions can cause arthritis and this got me worried.

    I’ve been in two bad car wrecks I’ve worked hard as a nurse lifting and moving patients a lot I also fell through a roof when I was 12 then just a couple months ago I went out and dug a garden with a shovel and now my right hand is numb and I think I pulled a left groin muscle so then ortho took X-rays and said my spine was pretty narly they actually said that and that was three different ones. I haven’t worked in a month and thinking of retiring I’m 62 I also have a bad left knee and I’ve had a knee replacement to right side. I’m active normally but when you can’t hardly walk without pain and instability! I have an appointment with the main orthopedic dr tomorrow and I need answers I have stuff to do

Seeing a good neurologist helped me. Anyways may you get your help you need & I'd say exercise when you can. I was told water exercise by my P.T. was good. Best for you!

And all I did was garden hard!! I’ve known for years I’ve had arthritis and it was degenerative of course. But I had planned on working for a couple more years in my current field but of course right now I’m kinda at a crossroads of life I guess. Well I feel I’ll know more after ortho appt tomorrow.
