Capacitors are designed to be discharged using pliers, women have such types. Discgarging on't solve the problem, a laptop has a self maintanance feature if the battery is discharged from 100% to hibernating. The hibernating period does the fix when the cooler spis up. The feature turns on in balanced mde. It tskes 20 or more discharges to see the result. Batteries are undr time limit, starts t 18 minutes and later it goes to 1h 9 min.

Please can you answer? How can I get smd ceramic capacitor value of capacitance C from voltage drop when he buzzes in continuity mode? Is it possible? I have 5 capacitors in a row. 3 of them have 200 voltage drop and 2 are buzzing on 15 . Are those 2 faulty? I want them to be replaced but I don't know their value.

A bad SMD ceramic capacitor can be replaced with another SMD ceramic capacitor with same size and color

I have a Lenovo all in one 330 motherboard that has no cosmetic damage , it has just stopped working all the sudden without prior warning signs . with your method , every single capacitor on the motherboard give continuity, also I saw videos where they say you can get continuity , but when you reverse the probes and don't get continuity the caps are good
