Does the shrimp dumplings have pork meat? Or is it just shrimp and veggies in a dumpling?

Hi! Those were just one entire fresh little shrimp rolled up in the dumpling wrapper with more shrimp mince so good! I think if they were like the version that is completely minced meat that'll definitely usually be chopped up shrimp mixed with some pork and the veggies!

Tteokbokki is definitely not the national dish of Korea. It is a modern street food. You are right that Korea has a lot of savoury snack options, but unfortunately sweet options are becoming more popular.

Yes that Netflix lady! she wasn't working the day we visited though unfortunately... but i do think the market is still very worth visiting for the foodie experience overall
