ADOrED: Qingyuan Gong

His PhD project aims to deliver cost-effective and reliable solutions for the design and operation of offshore wind farms.
Qingyuan is enrolled at Cardiff University, and his supervisors are Jun Liang (CU), Dr Diptargha Chakravorty (TNEI), and Chuanyue Li (CU).
ADOrED, which stands for Accelerating the Deployment of Offshore Wind using DC technology, is a European industrial doctoral network focused on training in Offshore Wind and HVDC technology in collaboration with academia and industry.
ADOrED is part of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions fund for excellent research and innovation in the framework of Horizon Europe.
