- Hey Everybody and welcome to my channel! If you’re looking for a salad you can watch every week, you have lucked up.
This salad is going to be your next favorite recipe and I’m so happy you’re going to see it here first! The crab cakes I make are A1 and I’m using hearts of palm for easy enjoyment all over. Drop a comment below and share with everyone who would enjoy this recipe.
Grocery list
These measurements are approximates, I cook from the heart
1 can Hearts of palm
1/2 cup Vegan mayo
1 Lemon
Panko bread crumbs 1 cup
1 tbsp Vegan fish sauce
A few dashes Hot sauce
1 tbsp Flax meal
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 Shallot diced
1/4 cup Parsley
1 tsp Mahmazing Cajun Seasoning
Olive oil and vegan butter for cooking
Italian bread
1 tbsp Minced jar garlic
1 tbsp Italian herb better than bouillon
2/4-1/2 cup Vegan butter
Caesar dressing
1/2 cup mayo
4 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp capers
A pinch of salt
1 tsp just Magic seasoning
Hot sauce
1 tsp vegan fish sauce
1 tbsp water
Black pepper to taste
Juice of 1 lemon
