Thanks for making these reviews. I truly appreciate how much concise info you can fit in such a short time. They never feel rushed and give me a good idea of the game. Keep up the hard work!
@@fishman7618 oh you mean the game, Its really good but it needs patience and time the controls are also weird so you’ll take time to get used to them, But after you get the grasp of the game mechanics it becomes REALLY GOOD
@@MaskedChieff I love the game! I just got it this week along with the autumn update. The controls were definitely weird, so I changed them in the options (Mac) to something a little more manageable. It's quickly becoming one of my favorites. Right up there with Stardew Valley.
I haven't gotten too far into the game ( probably not as far as you have ) but I completely agree with many of your points. It's a good game but could use a few tweaks in the gameplay and certain mechanics could be introduced a bit earlier.
This looks like that tax evasion game, bit odd that there are two plant Zelda games this year, although I suppose this has a bit of stardew valley in it
@@grntmuir1 nah this doesn't look anything like turnip Boi commits tax evasion. For one that game was dark asf which is why I loved it, and it was a very short easy game. This game looks complex and is more based around multiple game play elements. Turnip Boi is a story driven puzzle game.
It's a nice game but it's not great. The combat system is unforgiving and directions on upgrading, how to do things in unclear. The daily requests are repetitive, it's basically the same thing over and over. I don't know if it changes as you progress more into the game but even after a few hours in it's still the same. It doesn't make me want to continue. To be honest I think there are far better games out there not worth the $28 AUD that's for sure.
Garden Story surprise released today.
cool

To quote the catchphrase of Stu Francis (a 1980's British comedian / entertainer i liked as a kid) "Oooh, i could crush a grape!"
When Amy likes a game it really shines through in her voice.
"you're a young grape named Concord," after that for the rest of the video I had a huge smile on my face lol
Really great review, i was hesitant about downloading the game but this review made me do it !
How are you liking it?
@@fishman7618 You mean the game or the review
@@MaskedChieff clearly, the game...

Thanks for playing Amy 🙏 Sounds fun and looks like a cute adventure ☺️ Cheers and thanks for all you make 🍻
I'm currently sick and need something calming to play, and this review hit home, thank you for this :)
Grape Girl Does Not Commit Tax Evasion?

You play as a grape
Jack in the distance: ohhhhhhhhhh
Great review ! How long does it take to beat the game ?
Hmmm it took me around 4 days to beat the main story, but I plan to keep playing and finish leveling up the towns, I've had it since release
I'm normally not into games like this but amy just makes it sound so much fun that I feel the need to at least try it
Thank you for the review and saving me money, I don’t think it’s what I’m looking for. 💐
Looks like a mix between turnip boy and Stardew Valley
That’s what I was thinking
you already beat the game? so it very short then?
Does it support controllers?
This looks like that tax evasion game, bit odd that there are two plant Zelda games this year, although I suppose this has a bit of stardew valley in it
Yeah I imagine the Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion devs are like, "dude..."
Also, Turnip Boy is great, definitely recommend it.

I played this when it was free on Game Pass and omg I had a blast! Now it's $20 but I'm waiting to spend (other priorities)
oh wasnt this in the indie Dev Showcase?
This looks charming, and this review sold it for me. Just picking it up now!
What a grape review 👏🏼👏🏼
It just came out today!
Finally a farming game with a lot of combat!
Does stardew valley and rune factory(to name a couple) not count?
@@luxeraph I love Stardew Valley as a Farming game, but the combat isn't really good let's be honest
Im so confused about the final boss. None of my weapons work on it..
I want to download it but its $20 will it go on sale anytime soon?
Probably not anytime soon but maybe during the holidays like with other eShop indies
How could anyone possibly know that?
On sale now
It's on sale now
What a cute game
this reminded me of apple boy commits tax evasion
This game is very similar to turnip boy...were they inspired to create a wholesome version of the game?
comment for the almighty algorithm !!
More like thrust into grapeness
Guardian of grove st wow
I was going to get this but after seeing this, I’m not going to.
