- Our exploration through Utah leads us down a rough, tight trail where we HOPED we would find amazing views at an "epic" camp... but we didn't know it would be even more than we expected! The test drive of the Xpedition Trailer's "Voyager" continues to impress us behind our GX460 and we're thinking it might be the perfect fit for the future!

How often do you go camping?
Try to do it every 2-3 months, but I don't have a car yet so it's hiking haha
6 to 8 times a year, or ~26 days/year. Wife, 9 yo daughter, pair of 7 yo twins, Toyota Sequoia, High Altitude Trailers XT-50, iKamper RTT, and the blissful Rocky Mountains!
We drag the trailer tongue through the dirt and over rocks too.
Love your videos. They always leave me hankerin' for a trip.
We camped a few times in April and May. Hoping to do small trips every other month.
As often as possible, year round. Last year went 13 weekends in a row, that was a bit much and not doing that this year. Wish I could meet you all at NW Overland Expo.

We did a family camp out this past weekend, including some kayaking. We try to go 5-10 times a year, but life sometimes gets busy.
Drone footage was incredible in this! Oh, and hello to Caroline from the people of the universe.

I use bungie cords on my Overkill trailer chains. It keeps them off pavement/rocks and prevents snagging on tree roots. It happened on that once in a million chance. Fortunately it was low speed while backing into camp spot. Lesson learned.

That hurt watching that piece of steak slide off the plate 😱 I know that was a clip from the past but that doesn't make it hurt any less... I'll be heading out in a few weeks for south Texas and my itinerary going down is planned already but I'm going to play getting home by ear, maybe I'll hit some of those trails in Utah before I come home, looks awesome. I camp as much as I can although the past 4 years has mostly been spent taking care of my grandkids while my daughter works full time and is in CNA to LPN to RN school full time but she is finally graduating as an RN in less than 3 months so I will have a lot more free time for camping once that happens. I hope to get out at least once every couple months for maybe a week or two, I live in Washington so at least I'm not too far from a lot of great camping.

These are load range C so about 18-19 psi. Load range E... Usually 10-16.

We always use Lexus/Toyota genuine parts for our brakes and rotors. 👍

Why do you air down the tires on your trailer?
To help reduce bounce, diminish wear and rear on suspension components, protect the tires from puncture damage, and make it slightly easier to roll it over obstacles.
What is the current tyre size, make and model?
